Still cant log my main on at all been online about 2 hours in the last 6 days FIX IT NOW!

Aye. Cleared my Cache and I was able to log in without any problems. Stayed docked up for about 30 minutes to make breakfast and see how everything worked. I got my chat channels back.
Crashed after being undocked for 5 minutes.
They cannot. They are keeping mum about it to.
spent 19 hrs online yesterday after dt no problems other than chatā¦
After DT, its been fine
The Wife and I are both playing are 2 character each so far so good
no lag, just no chat, email works

I would just switch to an Alpha account, but I cannot even get in long enough to make one. Meah.
Joy, thought maybe things are working again, so I tried to do an L4, Well. Guess if I can ever connect again Iāll find out if i have a ship yet. Not that I have any faith in CCP dealing with their deluge of tickets, given itās been 6 days since this killed another ship. Not that we have any clear communication to go by. arg !!

We donāt do we? CCP had been so quite about what is actually going on, that I stopped five accounts due to the lack of transparency. I will not pay for that sort of customer service. I would run an Alpha account and maybe go Omega once I see they get it together.
Its not the lack of connectivity that pisses me off. Its the lack of transparency.
I cannot get in long enough to even start an Alpha account. The game is dying. I imagine that I am not the only one who made this choice.

I really do believe that the people at the IT portion of the company are working hard to fix the problem

I think they are lost in the sauce. Otherwise they would be able to put out a bit more information than a tap dance routine. I read somewhere folks left and they may have taking that legacy knowledge with them.
The usual thing for a tech in any trade to do it just keep quite if a major problem is happening.

I donāt have any issue believing someone is trying to do something about it, but how would we know. Communication is king and theyāve done little to none of that. Iām going from patient to frustrated.

Might be more than a grain of truth though. Hell its been how long now? You think its just noise at this point? I have to remind you that a lot of talented people who live IT post in redit.
@CCP_Dopamine and @CCP_Convict, I want you to see this, and I honestly think you should share my story with your leadership.
At this point I canāt even load the log in page to update my support ticket.
Today is my 13 year capsuleer anniversary. My plan for the last two weeks has been to celebrate this in EVE by blowing up many spaceships.
Even if CCP decides to reimburse us for their trash service this week, there is no reimbursement that can replace the celebration of this day.
I came back to EVE after a long hiatus because of the memories I made with this game. If this is how CCP is running EVE these days, and if this is how Iām going to be celebrating memories going forward, Iāll have to leave all those great memories behind and move on to another game where I can make new memories by playing the game rather than being frustrated about not being able to log in.
I was also planning on dropping some serious cash today and resubbing my account for a year and buying some plex. Thatās definitely not happening now. Now Iām thinking about other games I can spend that money on.
