A 20 year Vets guide to winning EVE as it is:

So many of you might be curious what or how many very old vets play EVE.

What is there to do when you have the isk for multiple capitals and super capitals and titans etc?

Well here is the brief as I can break down to how some vets are playing.

  1. First you farm up/buy your way to having 1 titan and 2+ alts in a major alliance. set up with PI, a dread and a farming fleet/miners/etc

This gives you reasonable isk income for play to pay.

  1. Then what you do is you do it again. skimming profits off the first set of characters to buff training a new set of 3 to 4 and you put them in one of the other null blocks.

Now you are really brining in some isk and also are going to be in a position to join the EVE elite.

  1. You can take part in the dance of null block fake war and make is either side. You can FC and work with the other FC’s to organise fights that you and a small group of players do all the logistics for and make some serious isk hauling and running null markets

The final step is to roll a third set of characters that are all set up in bops and dreads. You sign these up to a lowsec alliance that focuses on hot dropping like deepwater hooligans.

There you will find your people. The other EVE guys who are playing cross borders. Then to really maximise your gains you and your new friends target anything of value in your own null blocks. dropping and taking as much high end loot as possible. This then bank rolls everything including AT ship pvp, the AT etc etc.

Congratulations you have now min/maxed EVE and done everything. Yes you sold out friends and foe alike but you’ve completed EVE. CCP are gonna love you at this point and put you on CSM et and work with you as Alliance leaders. Because after all they are making a killing in PLEX Sales from all the high value stuff being dropped on as part of this. They don’t min you play for free because you are driving sales and some one is buying the plex you use at some point.

And that’s how you play EVE at 20+ years etc in case you wondered. The only hard part? keeping up the façade that you are dedicated to one group or being loyal to one group. At first it might feel wrong to be ganking the loyalist newbs who buy into the fabrication of eve’s current system but that will pass with profits. After all it is their choice to spend their RL money on a game.

I realise some of you will think this is sarcastic, others will assume its conspiracy. To you I say: These players that do this. They run alliances that have better organisation than real life business. Also just go check ZKILLs valuable losses and see the cross border stuff there. And why do you think CCP have not changed the mechanics that are doing this? $$$$$$$

Look. This is just a guide to how to play the game like some players absolutely are playing it

You can choose to see it how you want. But this is a guide to a totally legit and very lucrative way to play EVE. it is done. it might be controversial to some. Others will not want to admit to it. But its perfectly legit and it is happening. I just felt that there are a awful lot of players who deserved to be taught this. So many think its immoral. some think its complicated. some think its not supported. But it is and it not hard todo.

There is nothing tinfoil hatty about teaching newbs how to play the mechanics.

I am just telling them the basics of a method to play that an awful lot of old old players do.

Realize Eve is a game, and meant to be enjoyed not worked like a second job.

Once you’ve done this, you’ve won Eve.

To win EVE, all one has to do is NOT get sucked into the PvP myth. Once you get by that, you’ve won!

I had the privilege with ice mining in a fleet yesterday right next to Sieges

And we even bumped ships a little while we were crossing the streams.

He is a 20 year veteran and has a very nice history being in the same NPC corp.

Must respect for his dedication.

I’m only 19 years in the game, not part of the 20 club yet.

I’m glad you pointed that out because up until then I had been mistaking it for pissing and moaning from someone feigning expertise.

I thought that there are 4 Super Blocks in New Eden.

I think you need to take your meds.

Coming from someone who is scared to post on his actual main character.

‘‘Hey guys, here’s how to play EVE like a pro and make a lot of everything to end up ashamed of who you are posting on a clean forum alt’’. <—That’s what you sound like.

Laugh.

Personally, I heard winning EVE is liquidating all assets, converting everything to PLEX, donating that to PLEX for Good, then biomassing. I bet a 20 year vet could make a big donation!

Anything that involves having to buy up two Titans, and all the equipment for massive PI, can neither be said to be fast or lucrative. It’s like my friend who bragged about winning £1000 on a scratch card….until I pointed out that he’d actually spent over £1000 on scratch cards that won nothing.

Ive not said you absolutely have to buy two titans.

This can be done with 0 titans to actually get it running. Titans just allow you to kinda get taken more seriously and do more industry and fleet stuff thanks to bridging.

And PI is not expensive to start. But yes PI is the KEY to doing this on a budget. It allows you to supplement your plexing/paying for accounts so more of the isk you earn farming can go to paying for skills points and more characters to do this.

The things is. Anyone saying anything about this is forgetting that the first steps to doing it are just playing the game as everyone does. Get a main, get an alt, maybe a third. Get a dread, Join a player group, make isk, maybe aim for a titan or do some industry.

All I’m saying is that when most players hit a wall after a few years and think hey, i’ve gone as far as i can go. That there is absolutely further to take the game and it is done by a select few. You can alternatively just get 10 accounts doing PI and farming in 1 alliances and be done and happy there. Many do. I just want to help a lot of players understand how to go even further and make trillions and really rake in the rewards from your time. Im just here helping others save rl money and make the very most out of EVE as it is atm.

Nah.

Most of the game laughs at you for buying a ship you’ll almost never use for its intended purpose. They’re a glorified taxi service, nothing more.

bit depressing how much stuff in the game barely gets touched cause it is too valuable to lose

Stuff as in content gets touched all the time by the pilots who are
able to maximise their pilots skill to counter the stuff you call it.

‘this stuff barely gets touched by most people’

‘I know a guy that touches it!’

the meme is real.

Well you inspire other miners to stay and one day become a 20 year veteran to perhaps enjoy touching stuff
