Anyhow, not actually trying to address anything you said and your big margin of error is a great approach. just jumping in to mention that the amount of hauls increases before and after downtime and when people start logging in post-work. these are relatively predictable patterns and one can actually wait and look for it to happen.
this data could actually be collected using a properly set up overview and a script that regularly takes screenshots and scrapes every mentioning of “freighter” off of it. perfectly legal within the EULA and doable, as the font doesn’t change.
Also, on a personal note: when you say “it’s a game” when someone puts more thought into something, and then you put this effort into it, then you kind of contradict yourself.
My dear Dom, you don’t currently gank, so why can you talk about it if we apply your logic to yourself? And yet you cry and whine about anyone who talks about it with a different view to your own. I am utterly qualified to speak about freighter ganking because for a significant period I opposed it, and I did not lose a ship to you lot either. I even have a spy account on the other side too.
Dom, your post is utterly priceless, and not in a good way…, you actually made me laugh out loud with how up yourself you are.
Oh I am god like and you pleb cannot comprehend my brilliance, yeah right…
Bumping is unbalanced and the game would be better with it being sorted, the rest of your gameplay is fine. See above where I detailed what I think about ganking which you did not have the intelligence to read, but you could write TLDR, most impressive mate…, I am in awe of you, not…
I know you don’t like bumping. You’ve voiced your opinion and we’ve heard. You keep injecting that at the end of every post you make. Is there anything further for you to discuss about it?
Anyway: No, but you can find it out simply by looking at the trade routes or writing a script that does what I suggested! Don’t take my anecdotal evidence as evidence, especially not when I even mention how you can verify said anecdotal evidence all by yourself!
There is no data providing this information. Instead of potentially installing a freighter-surveillance-network, you could also ask CCP to publicize it!
All I did was telling you what I’ve seen with my own eyes, times and times again, throughout the weeks, every single day. Tuesdays (!) and weekends had different patterns, but reoccurring patterns nonetheless.
Was my last post not clear enough, or why do you have to ask? Does “experience” not count?
“I don’t care elitist view”, that is so funny, I am not the one claiming to be a special one and knowing more than others with a nod and a wink. And back to the tear fountain type comment, gets a bit boring after a while.
Let me see tears, tears fountain of tears, I could be a CODE poster with that level of input.
The fragile one is not me, I don’t give a monkey’s what people in the herd think of me.
You might have heard others have not,. you asked about the cloak-MWD trick, did my reply satisfy you?
The amusing thing is that you are the only freighter ganker here, Dom is the war dec part of CODE, Ima shoots Ventures, Retreivers, Coveters, Mackinaws and Hulks. Your main method is to trick people to enter a duel to be webbed, people have done that before, it relies on people being too dumb to check killboards, but without bumping you would not be able to do it, though you have indicated that you think it will be possible to gank freighters with no bumping. I think so too, however how many CODE players will be able to up their game to do it, which is an important question, I think you would get a crescendo of moaning and whining on the forums by gankers that ganking a freighter is too hard. If I had a 1 ISK for every time someone like baltec1 had said that about Skiffs I would be a very rich person indeed.
As I pointed out bumping gives too much of a tactical advantage and needs to be removed or modified…
Ima WreckYou though I prefer your crying tear filled name of Ima WetYou, you appear to have a character called Ima Eatyou which is in the Goons, funny that…
