Not very organized cooperation to be honest. This is the first time we share an op, and we’re not sharing decs, etc. EM is doing its own thing.
… but yes, if you fight the Tribes you’re liable to end up with more than one set of guns aimed at you.

By the way, I would just like to say that since they’ve started putting up Engineering Complexes all throughout low- and null-sec (ie: not just Delve/Querious/Period Basis), the Blood Raiders have definitely begun fielding titans of their own.
I don’t know what you folks who claim to oppose them outside of our borders are doing, but you need to step up your game. They never would’ve gotten these things built if they weren’t free to construct them in places like Amarr lowsec and Angel or Guristas space. As it is, we’re killing them when they show up, but really, stop slacking off, or they might be dropping a lot more than Deathglow on your arses soon.

Perhaps coloring outgoing arrows the faction color might help readability.
