PL went after Provi, openly 2 years ago, and through their alt-alliances last year.
You mean after Pandemic Legion farmed Brave out of Catch in 2014, then farmed them again when they re-settled in the east, then tried farming them again three years ago when PanFam attacked Legacy space and we defended them?
Also, for the record, Brave hasn’t fallen. They’re the second most powerful alliance in the Legacy coalition, and a major player in nullsec. But, you know, you’re doing really well here, showing off how you’re either uninformed, or a PL-stooge.

CCP introduced barriers to previously doable in game activities now dictated by more powerful player entities. Sure there are opportunities to be had, but in a general context, players cannot achieve the same result they used to without heavy economic influence by those (much) bigger entities.
If CCP did anything about this industry change, it is to not to streamline production, but to streamline the ISK flow in game in a controlled manner they think will benefit and appease to whoever they like to appease, and it’s anyone but the small or new players.
If you just read what their arguments in the Foundation Quadrant devblog forum discussion between @Brisc_Rubal and some members of the community, and pay attention to how Eve is introduced to their (potential) “new Eve Players”, it essentially lays out how CCP thinks the whole Eve ecosystem should work.
New Players buys PLEX to sponsor the few men behind the big entities, who happens to control essential production chain for popular commodities that are used to do some basic in-game isk generating activities, it in all sense have a long connection to more centralized economy that is dictated by those very few percentage of “Top Players” and of course, ultimately how much those PLEX are worth.

Scarcity and the industry patch is sustaining goons-the war .Imagine all eve in delve and people could make decent amount of money .Their losses would not have any impact delve is camped like hell there is 0 chance of making isk there . But now you can make more isk in hs than nul space .Nobody from the 00 people are making isk right now ,rating for 20 mil tickets while your minimum cta ship is like 100 mil is ridiculous,(rat for 100min and die in a sabre in the first minute) .So either u have brain damage or u are a boat and dont value your time.About the industry everybody was mining in hs so smart move from ccp to put in more staff for production.Best thing for ccp was this war and now ccp is cashing out .

Eve may be a virtual world, but it exists in the real one. Anyone who thinks the bean-counters do not own and run literally everything today, and ‘they’ care about making a good game, product, or whathaveyou is living the desired infantile delusion.
