Needs a little work but overall is quite nice. +1
After testing, i found gila with ulmost defense( best resist+crystal+blue pill) is almost unbeatable. This is not fun at all if you canāt break someoneās tank.
Besides,i f it is a draw inside the abyssal, what will the results be? Both died or both can leave? What about the loot?
after 30 minutes both dies
then we need a money talk to solve it out xd
Only the room could kill my Ishtar
Even the room canāt kill Tiamat with 2200 dps
im dead in pvp abysal
Thanks for the test today. I have two pieces of feedback i wish to share:
-
I was in 7 matches today. In six of them I spawned within 10km of the opponent. The other match I spawned first into the room and was able to burn 90km beyond the other side of the central container. Spawning so close to an opponent is a bad idea as it carters to brawling fits and disadvantages kiting fits.

In 5 of my matches I spawned into the room second. I lost all these fights. The person in the arena first has a clear advantage in being able to start modules and begin movement BEFORE the other player joins.
Is it possible to place the first person to the arena with a visible timer as they wait for their opponent then spawn both players at the same time on OPPOSITE sides of the arena?
My first fight ended up with neither ships able to destroy the other one (two Sacrileges) after 30 minutes. I also didnāt knew before entering that the filament has no effect in PvP room - not knowing that and having used a Gamma filament, I equipped my Sacrilege with only Nova missiles. And after returning to FD-MLJ and warping back to the place where I launched my filament, I noticed that the old abyssal trace didnāt disappear.
Overall this would be an interesting new feature if so many fights didnāt end up in stalemates. But if that problem gets fixed, it could become very popular among solo PvPers. Still, duration of average fight makes Vedmak by far the best choice for this.
THIS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED BEFORE FINAL LAUNCH!!!
Every fight either ends up with both partyās unable to break each other , or simply someone fitting up bare minimum to to run site and then just kite and neut from 40KM until you are capped out and then slow damage to just finish you off. You can fit a fully passive gila, that needs no cap, but then you run into the issue of both ships able to tank each other. This is also without needing to bling fit your ships either. You can easily tank 800 DPS with a few hulls without even the need to bling. If you fight against a curse and you defang itās drones, now you both end up dying again because neither party can break each otherās tank. There needs to be some kind of restriction or area effect that can keep ships from entering or using certain type of modules, or all we will see is neuting ships in the sites.
Without a change made before launch this will be proliferated with people just flying a curse in the proving grounds. Whomever can neut out the target first wins. or I can easily fit up a double webbed sashimi with a decent tank and full rack of NOS, and troll people running the sites and hope my ship is worth less than their blinged out ships and when we both pop Iāll have a better kill mail LOL.
Besides, Tiamat should not be allowed in this pvp abyssal. I canāt image what ship could destroy tiamat 1 on 1. No matter how much you spend in your fitting.
Try flying a curse through a T3

Was it updated or did ccp find something else shiny to distract them?
