Because your ideas arent benefitting new players. At all.
New players that want to mine but cant afford to go into a rorqual because they are new, will be screwed by this idea.
New player corps that want to build towards owning their own citadel and providing free ore compression so that their corp mates can make the most of their isk and hard work by selling their ore at the highest price in Jita, and want to provide free or very reduced costs on building and manufacturing, will be screwed.
And your responses to these, are terrible too.
You responded by saying âWell, new players can just buy thousands of dollars worth of plex with real life money and injectâ.
You responded by saying âWell, then, no Citadels for you.â
Your ideas are bad, and your responses to our criticisms as to why they are bad, are lacking.

But they are new players who dont know any better.
You cant balance a game around players who have just started the game and dont know how the game works.
The proof of this is in their replies. They are all vapid âhey this sounds good I agreeâ without any actual substantive responses.
And yet I bet if I sat down with each one of them and explained in detail why this is a bad idea, they would reconsider.

I support some of this, why canât we all mine in titans ?? maybe even some mining drones for carriers ?? I donât agree with having to pay to have caps in hs. Also they shouldnât be able to engage in combat, that just makes it more for null bears to bully hs players. It will be cool though to be able to store you capital in hs when you go afk for a bit.

Aye mining in a highsec belt with a titan for the fun of it, small things like that which will be available to do will help make things interesting. The power of having a big ship that you can work towards in the game has great influence in keeping people playing, highsec just has a battleship as the limit, with the orca/freighter/bowhead being the largest possible ships.
Being able to show off an avatar mining with lasers, could be the incentive to buying the plex needed to afford it, or play the game long enough to obtain it
When your defence for breaking the game-balance is âit would make more money for CCPâ, you really donât have a leg to stand on here. Game balance should always be the top priority.

Mining with a titan would be as wasteful as using a solid gold shovel in the garden.

Nothing makes newbros feel better then telling them they need to make hundreds of billions of isk and spend years training just to become on par with all the rorquals in hig sec, also that they cannot mine anymore since the rorquals mined everything already and they should not bother playing the game.

Many ways to prevent rorquals from mining everything, just about all highsec asteroid belts are full, only ones remotely mining them are the NPC factions. Both CCP and I will never advocate for something that hurts new players, since they are the most important part of keeping a game up and running.
And allowing capitals in high sec would hurt new players more then any other group.
