Almost every null sec system I have visited have 10% time dilation

Hello, capsuleers. Decide to go to null-sec to claim a system. Well, it didn’t go too well, upon entering null-sec, I experienced 10% dilation, making it near impossible to do things as everything goes super slowly (3 min warp drive activation lol). Is this intended, a bug and does this happen to everyone else? Thanks, in advance

This is the test server section and OP has a test server problem. The topic you linked is concerned with issues regarding the expansion deployment on Tranquility, meaning it’s totally irrelevant here.

One quick question. Has Null-Sec in Singularity always been laggy?

No, it usually works just fine.
