I don’t actually play this POS. I prefer games that require actual player skills, and that don’t cater to the masses, or provide safe spaces for sociopaths. My posts alone should tell you that IDGAF. You people are laughing stock.:rofl:

Cmon, dont tell me you arent excited about the potential for ganking with Alphas that this change might make possible.

Ive long been a documented hater of HS whales flying around without a care in the world, but have never put it into action ingame. Im secretly hoping someone in this theead can convince me, and others, to seriously consider joining in blowing tHS whales up as more feasible on an Alpha alt, post-change.

So I don’t really know what alphas can or can’t use other than all t1/faction ships including battleships

You don’t fit two dps rigs on the thrasher, only one. the second one isn’t worth it.

This guy invented the thrasher fitting for killing small ■■■■ at gates and stations effectively. idk if his fittings work for alphas, or if they’re outmeta’d because of changes to ships/modules, but this fitting (or variants) have been standard for years. for everything else use a catalyst. there’s also a triple volley variant, capable of killing uhm… better. :grin:

Trivia: According to solstice himself, the very first victim of his “double volley thrasher” was a member of TEST sitting at zero at a gate, annoying the residents with recruitment ads.

t2 rig. that’s not comparable, it’s too expensive to be efficient, but he puts his isk to good use. not convinced this is a solo suicide ganker, though. he’s not api verified and i don’t see CONCORD in his losses.

Like Mr Parasol, I do look up words which are new to me, or I check that I’ve got them right if someone’s argument relies on them.

Fortunately, Mr Trashburner’s intervention gave me the opportunity to dust off some old favourites.

It’s very much like GANK POWER; an increase in the ability to wield more advanced weapons (ideas) is even more useful when that ability is matched with the addition of appropriate ammunition (vocabulary).

The T2 is for the range as its all backside ganking. So its not all at the same range depending on their gate jump spawn point from where you sit. And no those kills were both killright kills but all are API verified through crest but personally uploaded for obvious reasons. You can believe me or not. Was a quite fun experiment to see if it were possible.:smiling_imp:

And that Ts rig is actually not too bad in price. Actual buy price was about 6ish mil for everything maybe 7mil. So quite comparable to a T2 fitted catalyst.
