my home station has been a .5 security refinery for the last year or so … , just got mail that it is being abandoned … okay ■■■■ happens , so iv put my stuff in asset protection … BUT does asset protection also include the 4 clones I have with about 5 billion isk in implants … anybody with experience let me know … as I have no access to them and in 2 days the place goes down … thx
Your clones will die. Sorry.
thx for the quick reply ,
god I love this game … IV been a one man solo show sense i started , worked and put in countless hours and energy into eve .. and yet CCP always gets the last laugh, and always at my expense … incredible …
evacuate the clones
before it is too late
I suggest you switch clone bodies asap into the clone with the most expensive set of implants and take whatever assets you can with it to a nearby NPC station, then jump back to the next clone with the next most expensive set of implants and move the rest of your assets to NPC station…
When the Jumpclone wait timer is about to expire, move that clone to a different NPC station and jump back into the next highest implanted clone and move with any left over assets to a different NPC station…
Continue that process for as long as you can to hopefully save as many Jumpclone’s as you can…
Hopefully you’ve max trained the skill Infomorph Synchronizing which reduces the 24 hr wait time between clone jumps by 1 hour per level…
Anyway, in my opinion it’s best to keep your assets in NPC stations and place your Jumpclones in different locations.. That way you’ll hopefully never have to deal with your current situation ever again…
Good luck and may you have much success in moving your clones..

Never keep anything of value in a structure you don’t personally own. Lesson learned…
Sorry to hear about the upcoming loss of your clones.
If you cannot access them now and cannot reach out to the owner of the structure to fuel it, those clones are gone.
, I have no access to the clones or station , iv tried in different ways but to no avail … cant get into the station , cant switch clone body’s , and yes i do have the skill maxed out for clones … its just another one of those things that eve does that I find soooo frustrating , I take a huge hit, really huge for me as IM a solo guy , and I’m told ,well now you know … its taken me 2 years to get those implants , 2 years … and poof gone … well just suck it up, thats eve … such a love hate relationship , its like totally dysfunctional , IN the real world there’s no way id put up with it … anyway , thx for all the reply guys … mean it … peace
It won’t get your clones back, but a funny story is that a couple of years ago someone in the Imperium with too many rights went rogue and destroyed the jump clone bay of the main Keepstar of Goons in 1DQ.
Lots and lots of expensive clones, all destroyed.
Well, not all because apparently there were so many clones to destroy that the server did not have enough time to actually destroy them all before downtime hit.
Luckily at the time I was a day away of installing my own expensive clone there…
I wouldn’t put all my eggs in one basket next time, not if it’s a player owned structure.
Structure fyi
Yeah, if it’s unfueled, services will go offline and you won’t be able to use the clone bay functionality.
Has the corp that owns the structure been war-declared? If it hasn’t then it’s still okay. Sometimes structure owners take a break and refuel after a couple of days. In that case you will regain access to your clones once the structure has been refueled.
If the corp has a war dec, then you’re probably gonna lose your stuff.
Don’t keep high valuables in a player-owned structure. There is absolutely no reason to do that. High sec is full of NPC stations. They’re always within 0-2 jumps so no need to park your clones in a player structure.
A thousand players just unsubbed after reading that. But the players who kept their sub still feel pretty good and even threw your post a like
Haven’t played for a while but like to read the forums, hence my question. When did they make it so that you could have more than one clone in a station?
All my clones, I keep them unplugged, no implants. I am also a rag bagger, I play as alpha, and I am not interested in the micro percentages they offer. I see a lot of clones killed with implants worth more than their ships.
I would say YES you are going to lose your clones, regardless of where they are now, it is only a matter of how.
Have fun!
some ships have jump clone bays, you should get one of them
Great advice for a high-sec player! (And notwithstanding that, wonderful suggestion for a player who took 2 years to make 5b).
Because in certain scenarios these implants make the difference between victory and defeat. There are groups fighting at odds that make high-grade implantsets mandatory for certain ships.
