So? I’ve killed players in enemy towns. I killed the guards- fought my way in- and killed other players dumb enough to jump in to help all of the guards I was killing. I should mention that these activities happened on a Non-PvP server. Town guards in World of Warcraft have never once meant that PvP cannot happen.

But this is considered and exception, not a standard thing.
Some time ago I played on Lightening Hoof server, and there It was rather rare.
It is pretty standard. Or it used to be. It wasn’t at all hard to do and happened all the time in old WoW.
