The Faction Commander’s Dress Jackets and Pants sets (Men and Women) is another special limited release, only about a dozen of them were released which CCP gave out as prizes for their Faction Forum contests…
Some players put them up on market for really big ISK, others put them up on auction and others kept theirs… Highly doubtful to ever see those on market… I’m also looking for them as well…
Unfortunately yes, most of the ‘Form’ T-shirts haven’t been released…
However there’s a Men’s ‘Street’ T-shirt (blue) available in-game… 
Soo, 2 months left and we’re now in the Holiday Season, hopefully CCP implements some more new Apparel items…

If so, I’d probably pay way more than I currently have, especially if both Men’s & Women’s Proven Bioadaptive Masks were thrown in with them…
That would definitely take my 760 apparel item collection up to another level, probably close to Dev level…
