Apparel General Thread

CCP has finally changed some of the Apparel items available in the NES…
Mainly featuring Amarr Apparel…

Men’s and Women’s Amarr Courtly Robes
Men’s ‘Marshal’ Jacket (Amarr)
Women’s ‘Gunner’ Jacket (Amarr)

Hopefully CCP will offer different Apparel items in the NES more often…

Now that the Amarr Foundation Day Celebration event is over, the NES Apparel section has unfortunately reverted back to selling the same items as before…

In other words, CCP has removed the Men’s and Women’s Amarr Courtly Robes, Men’s ‘Marshal’ Jacket (Amarr) and Women’s ‘Gunner’ Jacket (Amarr)…

So basically those items were only available in the NES for a limited time at a reduced price… :face_without_mouth:

Oh dear, Seriously, I hadn’t expected days come that I even had my accounts subscriptions expired.

Is this game still alive, and do apparels and skins get affections by devs nowadays?

Hello @Katana_Masen , welcome back…

CCP is giving apparel items a little bit more attention, course their main focus is on ship skins and skinr materials..

To recap for this year so far, new Apparel items implemented:

Men’s and Women’s ‘Crisis Event’ Drifter Plugsuit
Men’s and Women’s Cluster Champion Frame

CCP did do a few changes to the NES for Apparel items… Just recently had a reduced price sale on all NES Apparel… Also during the Amarr Foundation event, CCP implemented a limited time sale in the NES for previously released Amarr Apparel items, both new and old:

Men’s and Women’s Amarr Courtly Robes
Men’s ‘Marshal’ Jacket (Amarr)
Women’s ‘Gunner’ Jacket (Amarr)

That’s about it, hopefully in the future CCP does more with the NES Apparel section…

wish i was dapper lookin

Sad.

Why do they refuse to show their enthusiasm as they did before during empire updates ?

Eve is literally dying.

Ok, CCP has implemented a new Apparel item…

Sleeve - ‘Bloodfire’ (Right)

Eventually it may show up in-game on the Market… However it’s currently only available for 3 days from the Eve Online Store in a game pack called ‘Nosferatu Pack’…

Nosferatu Pack: $100
3,110x PLEX
1x Sleeve - ‘Bloodfire’ (Right)
1x Men’s ‘Marshal’ Jacket (Blood Raiders)
1x Women’s ‘Gunner’ Jacket (Blood Raiders)
1x Ashimmu Sanguinary Savant SKIN
1x Cruor Sanguinary Savant SKIN
1x Dagon Sanguinary Savant SKIN
1x Molok Sanguinary Savant SKIN

Personally I think CCP should have at least thrown in some new Jackets with it…

Anyway, due to the amount of PLEX included in the pack, the price is actually pretty good… This pack gives an extra 110 PLEX with a $25 savings compared to the price of a regular 3000 PLEX pack which sells for $125…

Sigh a New Sleeve tattoo behind $100 pack…

Hopefully it’s not too pricey when it hits market.

They should add ”tucking” options for all the hats. Just a few options would do a lot, say ”bald”, ”short”, ”long”. Because right now putting on a hat gives female characters very short hair, which probably kills a lot of interest in hats from those players (it certainly does for me).

It takes a lot of work though to fix all the hairstyles so they don’t clip with all of the hats. There are so many combinations that would need fixing.

I didn’t say add all the hairstyles, I said add a few specific options. Most of the hats have the same general outline (caps and berets), so you can reuse the work for almost every hat in the game. The work itself is as simple as adding a bald option (just disabling the short hair texture), adding the current short hair as the short option, and grabbing one male and one female long hairstyle and flattening out the part that would end up under the hat. It shouldn’t be a lot of work.

Fair, that could work.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing… I basically tried to rationalize the price was worth it by factoring in the PLEX cost… And since I have 764 different Apparel items in my collection, I’m not going to pass up getting one to add to my collection..

As for the Market, a few of those sleeves may show up but I think they’ll be priced very high, mainly because they’re an exclusive item that’s only available in an extremely limited time offer game pack…

I once made the mistake of waiting for the price of Men’s and Women’s Proven Bioadaptive Masks to go down in price, unfortunately they kept going up in price while at the same time supply kept going down, eventually to the point that they’re no longer readily available…

Really?

Well that’s not too bad of a price, I actually thought it would be priced much more higher…

Gratz on getting one, was there a lot or just a few of them available?
