Both fought them around the cluster for reasons ranging from garnering good will to get reciprocation on invasions to our home to wearing down the Triglavians to apolitically helping people.
You have an obsession with āEDENCOMā when itās barely a thing anymore.
Itās kind of funny that the Triglavian sympathizers seem to be the only groups that care specifically about āEDENCOMā as an entity.
The rest of us just donāt like people who invade our homes and pointed our guns in the same direction at them.

This was not security. They brought marines. They brought arms. They brought smartfab units. They brought fighters. This was an occupying force, carrying arms and equipment intended for prolonged terrestrial operations.
It could just as easily be been as the means to defend the LZ.

you dont build structures at an LZ. you dont hand out arms at an LZ for a supposedly peaceful extraction.
As much as Iām hesitant to give any credence to it, it remains true that this single industrial ship - piloted by a freelance volunteer pilot - was the only one carrying such cargo in the operation today.
ARCās internal security of operations should be called into concern - but Iām interested in investigating the truth here.

You absolutely build structucres at your Landing Zone if you plan to re-use it. And you absolutely bring the supplies to ensure your security forces can remain armed and operational over a prolonged period of time while youāre not there.

ARC came to Pochven uninvited with hostile intent, flying ships full of marines and resources for occupation, and you expect anyone to believe this was simply to secure an LZ?
