It would be immensely wise not to try to use emotional appeal to make us look like the ‘bad guys’ in this scenario. However, what you propose is not a meeting in the middle. It’s simply your collective taking over our operation without eyes on what your pilots are doing.
The point, quite simply, is why should we think you’re going to do anything that you’ve said? Are we to be blamed again for the actions of other organizations after the Vale operation? That seems to be the particular trend from Kybernauts.
In addition, it seems you’re switching tactics here. Are we to ignore all the other comments made by your fellow alliance members, including Miss Malita?
As I said, I’m happy to discuss your proposal away from the peanut gallery. Your choice.
I am purposely going against the advice of my officers by extending this offer to ARC. They don’t trust you and you don’t trust us. In situations like this my best course of action is to cut out the politics and offer a solution. Considering this, I wish to have this offer agreed upon publicly to ensure that all parties can be held accountable. I’ve done this and I’ve done it in good faith. There is no cloak and dagger here. There is no shady deal. I have outlined the agreement plainly.
I would like to move forward and show that Triglavians everywhere can both be an asset and honor their agreements. It is ARCs choice to give us that chance or not. I leave it in your hands.

A simple note of information: Ahtila, before the gates shut down, was a major planetside population center for Black Rise. Planet V, Makra, was heavily populated, with nearly ten billion individuals, and while our evacuation efforts got many people out, there were many left behind.
Ichoriya, while a very important system, had no terrestrial planets and very few planetary civilian population centers.
For what it’s worth, I humbly suggest more attention being put on Ahtila.

Pending the upcomming meeting, I shall limit myself to only providing an update on the evacuation efforts. We continue to preparations in order to still be able to make the mass evacuation efforts happen, should the outcome of the meeting be negative.
Let it be known publicly that ARC requests all those who will escort the evacuation efforts to focus solely on protecting the industrials. No offensive actions should be taken against anything other then Roque Drones, Sleepers and Drifters. Conflict with Triglavian forces should be avoided where possible.
Naturally, should the evacuation efforts or its escorts come under attack, they are free to defend themselves.
Preperations continue at a steady pace in order to reach all systems in Pochven. The vast majority of the industrials are currently being loaded with a shuttle and 25 planetary vehicles. A timetable for the evacuation efforts on the 15th is available and has been added to the broadcast.
The timetable for the 15th is:
- The evacuation fleet will be in Kino, Nalvula and Konola between 17:30 and 18:30 NEST;
- The evacuation fleet will be in Krirald, Otanuomi and Urhinichi between 18:40 and 19:40 NEST;
- The evacuation fleet will be in Nani, Skarkon and Rarravos between 19:50 and 20:50 NEST;
- The evacuation fleet will be in Niarja, Harva and Tunudan between 21:00 and 22:00 NEST;
- The evacuation fleet will be in Kuharah, Ahtila and Sendan between 22:10 and 23:10 NEST;
- The evacuation fleet will be in Wirashoda, Ala and Vale between 23:20 and 00:30 NEST;

Being an explicitly pro-triglavian force in Pochven is a little more than “guilt by association”. You are not just living there, you’re actively siding with them.
You cannot lay every “Republic sin” on my door. But you can a hell of a lot of them. I supported the murder or Karishal Muritor. I did not break my Oath when a usurper took the Prime Minister’s seat. I gave an “open fire” command in Colelie. I’ve supported and financed raids on Amarrian planets. I have to this day to disavow Ushra’Khan for their terrorism.
And you don’t see me weasel out of any of that, or ask anyone to trust I won’t do those things again.

At this point, two important questions need answering:
@Maldavius You have stated that you will collect refugees from the planets in the systems Senda, Wirashoda, Ala, Vale, and Archee. These are only 5 out of the 27 systems in Pochven. What about the other systems in Pochven?
@Sahara_Jackal You have stated that you will marshal every gun of Stribog Clade to defend the evacuation fleet while it is in Pochven. Does that mean that if the evacuation fleet goes into Pochven without an escort, it’s safety will be the responsibility of Stribog Clade? If so, does this apply to the entirety of Pochven or only when we would pickup the collected refugees from Stribog Clade, following a dictated/provided route?

Reading this log and the strong objections in it to “warships in our space” I cannot but think a duplicity is in place.
EM has a separate reason to be in Pochven at the time of these operations; a reason Stribog is well aware of and could have prevented.
Using one hand to call in warships and the other to call their presence a breach of security and a reason to attack smells like nothing but maneuvering to spring a trap.
So I say again: EM is not under ARC control. We follow our own RoE and standings. Should we happen on a civilian ship under attack we will assist it. Attempts to use this in propaganda against ARC will fail.
It means the latter. The Paramount has offered you safe passage via direct Stribog escort to Wirashoda, where you will be permitted to take custody of the civilian narodnya that Stribog Clade has evacuated from the systems we control.
If you accept this offer, then your industrial ships will be under the protection of my fleet. I will bring you to the Tower safely via a direct wormhole connection and protect you from any extant threat. When you have completed the retrieval, I will escort you back to Caldari space, unharmed.
Understand this is a singular journey to Wirashoda and back out again. The Paramount’s offer only extends to recovery of narodnya from the systems named.

The security of Pochven from external threats is of concern to all loyal members of Stribog Clade, Ms. Malitia inclusive. Her concerns are justified. And she did, in fact, provide you with some useful information, no?
