[ARC] Triglavian forces fighting in known space

It’s no small thing.

And here we thought the downturn in Sansha Incursions, probably due to Triglavian actions, was a reprieve…

It seems hyperbolic, if true, but is it possible that this is all revenge for that first damaged cruiser, captured by CONCORD, that gave rise to this whole sordid affair?

They also started to harm civilians. When does the CONCORD act?

CONCORD doesn’t care about civilians.

Maybe they’re going to attempt an exchange with CONCORD? The crew of the captured Triglavian ship for the people they’ve taken in these attacks.

And once again, Electus Matari shows it´s weak will and feckless stance when it comes to the liberation of our people.

I actually took the liberty of joining the channel myself, but unfortunately found it’s entire coordinator roster to be nothing but Caldari and Lunarisse ■■■■■■■ Aspenstar - In other words, yet another Caldari and Amarr loyalist operation.

And for once, I’m going to include actual feedback on this one: What I would love to see is a REAL cross-border initiative. What I mean by that: An initiative led by leaders of the Minmatar, the Amarr, the Caldari, AND the Gallente.

Not this constant claptrap where Amarr and Caldari alliances dally around with charity initatives with Amarr and Caldari virtues and pretend they are neutral while including nobody on the other side of the conflict to provide counterweight. It poses a serious conondrum to pilots such as myself*, who do want to battle the Triglavians, but find no initatives with whom to do this that are not obvious Calmarr (Caldari+Amarr) subsidiaries. To join is to give implicit support to the causes they stand for.

Seeing two heads on that four-man roster that I could feel are even somewhat on “my side” would prove a lot, especially when some of the current leaders are known to be active in war efforts against my people.

*I am aware that, by now, “pilots such as myself” might actually be only me.

Agreed. Hoping for an unbiased effort, an unbiased leadership, is impossible in today’s New Eden. While I can’t say whether the things you claim are correct or not, I agree that the closest things to “unbiased” we can be is to tangle our biases together by putting leaders from each of the four corners of New Eden in equal power. If not from mutual respect, as there’s very little of that to be found, perhaps a Mutual Defense Initiative can be built on mutual frustration.

Ms. Vuld, we are of course certainly interested in establishing broader cross-border collaboration. You may be interested to know that several of our fleets, operating in various sovereignties, have been composed of Caldari, Gallente, Amarr, and Minmatar pilots, and Debes Sparre has indeed led several of those fleets.

With that said, the issue from a practical end is that Gallente loyalist organizations are few and far between. At present, these essentially are GMVA and NADSC. NADSC has a limited, specific area of focus, is a new organization, and so we’re still building a relationship. Likewise, GMVA has not made much effort at collaborative work-- excepting, notably, when they attempted to put a spy into IKAME to access our Triglavian alphabet keys before we’d released them publicly.

On the Matari end, I like to think we’re building a relationship with EM, and ideally will be able to increase cross-border cooperation along that axis. Likewise, I would ask that you consult with Khaprice Heska about our work, and her perspective on our collaborative credentials. At the same time, I can only hope that you won’t then vent spleen about how this is a display of weak will and feckless stance when it’s the very thing you seem to be advocating.

In a very real way, Ms. Vuld, my response ends up being this: be the advocate you wish to see. If your answer is to simultaneously decry organizations attempting outreach and cross-border collaboration at the same time you decry lack of previously established outreach and cross-border collaboration, I fear we won’t be able to make much progress.

Oh. Addendum.

I see now that, seven minutes after decrying ARC for not being sufficiently engaged in cross-border collaboration, Ms. Vuld indicated her hope is that the Triglavians ravage the Empire and State, and that she only wants to save the Federation and Republic.

Another frothing nationalist, then, it seems.

Have you considered that a capsuleer may wish to see certain empires burn due to the practices they exhibit, but also wish to fly in cooperation with individuals from those empires and others, because people aren’t always cold copies of the governments they hail from?

That’s literally how I live my life. Wake up, be Minmatarey, get drunk with someone I’ll probably have to shoot one day.

If you’d stop grafting your black-and-white policies onto everyone else, Priano, maybe you’d be able to generate some real nonpartisan participation.

With due respect, Ms. Ramijozana, I’m not sure my policies here are necessarily the ‘black and white’ ones.

Hey, the Caldari are great. They just choose friends who openly speak of back stabbing them as much as the Gallante. “We will one day convert the Caldari, god mandates it.”

It’s complicated.

Is it, ma’am?

“Centuries of tension and resentment culminating in recent (by Caldari standards) attempted genocide followed by decades of bloodshed beats eventual future issues so dependent on circumstance as to be pretty much hypothetical.”

Am I missing some complicating factors?

So… We should all trust that just because one emperor decided to interpret the age of violent reclamation is over, several emperor’s down the line, mind you emperors that including this most recent succession trial being represented by blooders, your enemies, doesn’t mean that they can’t flip the switch and decide it is in fact the time for violent reclamation? Maybe I’m missing something but I don’t find this reassuring in the least. Pax Amarr is only acceptable until your chosen side decides they don’t need to abide by it, otherwise why would they have implemented it in the first place? I’ve seen no reason to believe they have had some reason aside from lack of strength to maintain their old status quo.

Their is no reassurance aside from, “well the current emperor/empress feels this way.” To support this.

Let’s perhaps return to the topic at hand, the on-going Triglavian Collective ‘liminal proving,’ which happens to be a somewhat more eminent threat?

Your right, sorry.

Is “liminal proving” really the way they’re talking about all this?

So it’s probably still a test? Just, bigger?

@Khaprice, @Xaar, you might want to take a look here before I say something unbecoming for an Electus Matari head diplomat (EDIT: too late for that now).

Because you don´t have the backbone to say something about it yourself, you have to hide under somebody else´s skirt?

Fitting.
