That is not how it works in empire space. In empire space someone or a corp sets up a structure if he wants to. Maybe he thinks he can make a profit and hopes lots of people will come and use it. So he is responsible for its safety. His visitors and users are not.
In 0.0 its different where most people seem to band together to run a structure and only these people get access and thats fine. But dont pretend 0.0 and empire is the same. Only stupid people do that.
It should, but then we had only less of them. So now we have to deal with complainers like the OP, which is ridiculous. He could be glad to have gotten some of his stuff back, but instead acts completely selfish. It’s not even his own structure that got blown up. All he wants is his stuff back or an explanation whom to blame.
