I am bringing my sincere apologies - my misunderstanding arose from number of slanderous filth that infests this topic, pouring out their asinine lies on my reputation of State soldier.
This report is clearly illegitimate, it was brought by a known Gurista affiliate that was openly speaking against State government and officers in the past and lately showing off her rabbit ears. Lies posted in that topic are, of course, easily verifiable, as that obnoxious woman has openly said that I was “demoted” after that, which actually didn’t happen. Moreover, I have already replied even back THEN that it was a lie, and you REALLY should have looked up my reply to this post before answering about it in here.
Truth is an absolute defense to an accusation of slander, and my accusations are based in clear and established facts.
Threatening civilians with illegitimate military trials that you have no authority to convene is terrorism. That’s exactly what you’ve done in this very thread.
Executing POWs is a war crime. You have openly admitted to doing this in the past.
Everyone knows that capsuleers are not subject to trial by courts martial or any other Empire legal body, and are essentially free to engage in wanton criminal behavior with no other consequence than a downgrade to our CONCORD security status and violent reprisal from law enforcement. You suffered every legal sanction possible for a capsuleer to incur from your attack on Geskaarin, who provided direct logs of the battle as evidence. You guilt in this matter is beyond dispute.

I though really ask, really ask you to go baseline and offer this to any working State tribunal as “evidence”. They will even give you a jacket for this! In my opinion the civilian population of Ikoskio and the wider Black Rise region would be well served by the knowledge of Commander Kim’s past crimes, but I am more than willing to acknowledge how tedious it is to rehash these issues.

WANGS doesn’t threaten to haul innocent civilians before show trials as “collaborators” and neither does GMVA. We also don’t execute POWs.
In fact, when PYRE still flew with the State Protectorate GMVA had an agreement for prisoner exchange. I’d estimate that at least several thousand crew recovered from State Protectorate flagged wrecks had the chance to see their families again after being returned under that agreement. Some of them may even live in the Kurala cluster today.
We did this specifically in order to circumvent the illegal and inhumane conditions that caldari prisoners have suffered at the hands of our own government under the Black Eagles. The contrast between the combat and humanitarian record of GMVA and Templis Dragonaurs and their affiliates and sympathizers in the Caldari Militia is clear. Gallente stuff POWs into explosive cells which all blow up if one of them is breached. Federation Navy tortures POWs, beats them, doesn’t feed them, rapes them, and so on.
The information about it is an easily verifiable fact, especially for capsuleers - who have option to witness it themselves.
