UNF investigation is underway with the assistance from the State Protectorate. There is already some sucesses, but for security reasons I can not disclosure any details.

I must admit it is a strange feeling, working with State Protectorate mainliners. I’ve worked with the honorable Captain Shi on many occasions of course, as is evidence by UNF’s intervention in Ikoskio,
I cannot reveal much of the investigation on our end as well, also for security reasons, and there is still much yet to do.

Acting on intelligence provided by Black Fox Marauders of a suspected Templis Dragonaur terrorist staging installation anchored under a false flag, Gallente Militia forces joined in an assault on an Azbel-class Engineering Complex located in the Ikoskio system at approximately 02:00 NEST. Our operation was a success, and the Azbel was reinforced to hull.
Based on the presence of a Templis CALSF pilot manning the Azbel guns and directing its defense, we can now confirm publicly that the structure in question is in fact operated by Templis Dragonaur affiliated capsuleers in support of their campaign of terror against gallente and caldari civilians alike. Other known Templis Dragonaur loyalists had previously been observed staging military assets in the structure, but with this evidence there can be no doubt of its true ownership.
No doubt the “loyal Caldari” who witnessed the engagement from afar will continue to turn a blind eye to the activities of these terrorists in the system. Once again, it remains the duty of the Gallente Militia to put their lives and assets on the line to protect the people of Ikoskio from the threat of Dragonaur terrorism.

Excuse me General Vero, but… Who actually was on the ground keeping the peace on Ikoskio IV? While I maintain great respect for you, it certainly wasn’t you, or your militia, or any gallente aligned organization that had to deal with Templis ground cells, or assuage the fears of the Caldari civilians directly affected by Templis activities groundside.
While I applaud your assault on the facility, and any cells that may have staged from it, do not twist this as though you have done such works that you have not. This will help prevent future easy Dragonaur stagings to the planet, but does not remove cell units that may still be already present.
I am continuing to work with members of the State Protectorate on a further investigation.
Villore Accords not intervening planetside on Ikoskio IV was an act of restraint on our part. We certainly have the capability, as you know.
I do know. And I thank you for showing that restraint. If you had not, the civilian populace would have revolted, with, or without Dragonaur incitement.

With the Triglavian invasion in high security areas near operations the civilian reintegrations will be canceled until the invasions cease. The system of Samanuni is on lock down to all civilian vessels without military escorts. With the help of the Caldari Navy I know we can fight off this threat and continue our operations in the lower secured space.

In the sight of recent Gallente pirates (Villore Accords with Pen is out alliances) attack on a neutral civilian and State aligned facility in Ikoskio system the system has entered the critical security situation for State civilians.
It’s obvious that gallente words can’t be trusted anymore and their pirate friends do represent a major threat to civilian operations in the area.
In order to thwart gallente terror on the systems in Black Rise, it is highly recommended to put a properly trained and loyal military commander to organize defense of civilian colonies, infrastructures and facilities.
As a preventive measure against attacks of gallente pirates, I am sending a detachment of elite troops under my command with secret instructions to help Cpt. Shi to organize defense in Caldari colonies.

Strike Commander, piss off with your grand standing. Your efforts are unwarranted. There remains zero evidence of build up for planetary deployments against civilian targets by Gallente aligned groups. You will cause more disruption than you hope to prevent.
And you connection to Templis CALSF, the known and stated Templis Dragonaur loyalist organization, is going to cause extreme friction with existing planetside Corporate Security, who have standing orders to apprehend suspected Dragonaur sympathizers since retaking their postings, of which soldiers of your retinue, on good authority from one of my contacts in corporate security, are considered likely to harbor such sympathies. UNF security forces remain on planet, and if the various Corporate Security units require support in such apprehending of sympathizers, they will have it.
I also find it interesting, your sudden ‘care’ for neutral capsuleer structures in the warzone, considering your previous activities against neutral ports of call.

I was always taught that the principal measure of courage was carried in what you can withstand or endure. I feel there is a conclusion to be drawn from the fact you can endure nothing without attacking it.

As of your own petty person, I can say this.
My duty is to protect the State from all the enemies, foreign and domestic alike. When someone comes to us with hostile words or actions - I attack them.

For your negligence and repeated offenses, I will insist Cpt. Shi will get rid of all UNF influence or personnel in the colonies. Security of Caldari civilians will be ensured by Caldari troops.
