i can’t warp my ship to any of the citadel/EC/refinery - each time the right click drop down menus only show approach/orbit/keep at range
but i can warp and dock in NPC station

Try setting your autopilot to the structure.
I run into this issue a lot on TQ I think it has something to do with network latency as I have a very poor / low speed connection.
thanks now using setting desto and activating autopilot as a workaround
