It shouldnât be. Itâs been discussed in other ARC threads regarding the trinary datastreams.
Those threads were full of jibber jabber, written in annoying Triglav grammar. I prefer to read something written as a coherent whole, rather than fragments splattered across dozens of separate posts/threads.
It is an odd subject, but the most likely explanation is something like a modified clone, capable of simultaneously hosting 2 infomorphs by unknown means and possibly using cybernetic enhancements to host a mechanical intelligence.

I find it hard to believe that an even more advanced space-faring civilization wouldnât find come up with a way to talk to us in growls and guttural grunts language we prefer and we could easily understand if they sought to be understood.
They donât. They donât consider us equals. They donât talk to us, they talk at us.
To be fair on them, theyâve been isolated for four thousand years. Iâm surprised they can speak our language at all. Proper grammar and syntax would be a miracle.
Their meme worms have thoroughly penetrated the Gal-Net infrastructure for several months now.
They have had plenty of time to get better at communication.
