I run a Harb Navy and I do them just fine. Armor starts to bleed on last spawn, but I never drop below 2/3s or so.
I try also an Harv Navy , it was painfully slow to kill them all .
I have a 8mn capacitor that when dry during the 3rd wave , then thanks to an incoming player finished it .
( no T2 gun, 1 rep ).
It can happen that the last wave if your take too much time to deal with , warp of , leaving you without the real deal.
I put a faction battery in and never got capped down again. Also, you really need T2 Guns, faction multi-freqs, and BC IV or else you will not have DPS needed.
Indeed It took me too much time to kill any target …
