There is no such thing… 
You give them food, that in itself is something that is already increasing their survivability, and they stopped being 100% dependable on themselves, now their population will be growing as long as you feed them or untill you help neuter them. On top of that you will see more of them dying due to poor health. Cats, as any animal, should not be inbreeding. Cats are a scourge on local population of small rodents and birds. Their numbers shouldnt be increased by people feeding them additionally. There are wild animals that add to biosphere and cats are competting with them everywhere.

Your cats need a bird watching permit
Ganking permit more like it.
Today just now I had placed two bowls down with tuna, smaller portion for Sally and so George decided to inspect to see if hers was better than what was in his bowl. They ended up swapping and then when George had finished his and Sally was still eating he started to go at her for touching his bowl.
I noticed this once before so I would
really separate them at meal times though this afternoon was just a treat. I had some leftover tuna and this seems to had sent George into a frenzy.
Had to seperate him as he went at her a few times.

When I stayed with my sister, my little kitty would hiss at her when she got back from work. When she then put out cat food , my kitty would run to the food, grab a chunk, bring it back and place it down at my feet and eat it , then run back to get some more.

Reminds me of a puppy we had. It would run from my dad , go under my bed and poop. Why it didn’t poop under my sister’s bed instead of mine , I will never know.

You can look at it 2 ways…
1, Your so mean to dogs that it was just getting revenge.
2, You’re such a caring person, the pup fled to where it felt safest and pooped where it was.
I’ll let others decide.
