Not entirely true. It is standard behaviour of any entity to capture stations when they capture space. Most of these stations are empty and almost never used.
Why do you even think they should have a chance? The alliances who bring hundreds of people to the fight made an effort to get this people together. Sounds to me like you think you deserve special handouts. Who is really the troll here?

In the last days, Provi and Legacy coalition (Brave / Test) have reconquered half of providence from Pandemic Legion and it seems as if the rest of it will soon follow. It’s good to see some provi pilots are still fighting instead of whining in the forums about game mechanics and conspiracy theories about CCP Falcon

Nope I’m not after an handout either, I’m just sick of players like you telling small corps tough ■■■■, if you’re not strong enough you don’t deserve it all the time. Now we have a Dev telling them the same thing when they blatantly set this whole thing up only for the major alliances.
Personally a Dev obviously biased towards one section of the game doesn’t deserve to be a Dev. That or he and others need to be gotten a grip of by the board of directors and things explained to them, because devs refusing to consider the WHOLE playerbase have no place in a game.
I completely disagree. The devs should provide the sandbox and improve the game and not care for individual players. The rules are the same for everyone. Nullsec is the place where big alliance dish it out and project power with massive fleets and not where “the little guy” has something to say. Stop asking for handouts, it’s getting really embarrassing again.

No. They should be making sure that the game mechanics work for everyone, and in a safe online environment, but that is all.
Whether it might be prudent, or even good business, to sometimes listen to players who group in smaller “power blocs” is a different question. But not one that comes as a right just because you bought a sub for a game that is very upfront about what it is.
I suspect the last week before the change is going to be very hectic. Can’t imagine asking to take leave for that period would go down well at work.

Can someone please explain me how converting the station equates getting free isk?
Because, unless they sell the stations, there is no one giving them any money.
The irony of this whole thread is that the Op and his ilk blame CCP giving handouts to someone else, which is a blatant lie, while at the same time they ask for special treatment so they don’t have to fight for the stations by playing the game, which is basically asking for handouts themselves.
So no one is getting any free ISK, but Op and friends are asking for it.

I am reporting this thread for ranting, because that is what it is. There is nothing to discuss because the base of the thread is a lie. No one is getting a hand out, and no one is getting free anything. The actual reason this thread exists, is because envious people hate when others are better than them.
The actual base of the thread, disregarding that the “arguments” are made up:

When will we stop letting this ■■■■ happen?
CCP moved the goal posts/changed the rules.
People are allowed to be upset by that, and voice it.

I find it interesting that people from null sec doesnt want some more interesting stuff happening, like wars over the new stuff. 
Meh, it will be over in a couple weeks.
Provi will be steamrolled.
Afterwards, there will likely be even less fleet PvP, as PL loses its staging points.
Everyone will just go back to farming and getting richer.

You actually hit the nail on the head.
This change harms the nomadic, non-Player NS owning elements in EVE.
Its a clear kick in the balls for them.
Graz3r, I agree that new citadels are beneficial for the big powerblocks. This is a reason for living in 0.0 space and not high-sec.

I’m curious too.
Maybe they should have been wait until lets say May 25 before that re-conquering campaign. To leave less time for PL to square up and strike back.
