CCP hates miners = confirmed

CCP has been pretty clear about what they are doing and why. All you have to do is read the dev blogs and it is well spelled out. These mining changes are temporary while they overhaul the system to make it more balanced and dynamic.

CCP hating on miners DUDE CCP and it´s hard core PVP players have hated PVE ever sense day 1 Becuse this is a damn pvp or have every one of you forgotten that the only reason there even IS pve is becuse if there was no one making ships or ■■■■ this game would just be World of tanks in space. PVE Exists becuse they allow it. Also becuse PVP players are lazy fucks that wants others to make ■■■■ for them so they can just keep on pvping. So we should be ■■■■■■■ happy we even have Capital mining ships.

Honestly CCP could remove all damn mining ships and leave only 1 that you can use mind and then build ■■■■ for the PVPers to buy to keep killing you and all other miners and each other.

CCP hates miners so much they just made minerals more valuable, imagine that.

there’s another:

For some people this is the only social interaction they can stand.

  1. Use your rorqual to support a mining fleet
  2. ???
  3. Profit?

Mining for popcorn, a new thing?

Depends how much you want to make and what risk you are willing to take…I

i can make more money by myself in a prospect

citadels are a joke, 1 the 2 ships are even at warp range to the station, 2 citadels only do 100 dps per launcher so you have to give them lows of EW ability, even with EW its not going to save those rorqs from being hot dropped and the PANIC only last so long, null sec miner safety is being under the cap umbrella and rorqs still die out there.

Already covered …

… and more accurately as well.

How much money do two carebears …
… who mine fleets …
… actually make?

something in between very low and f all

See, I always thought the biggest nerf to industry was industry itself. The more people playing industry = the lower prices are due to higher supply. This means the easiest way to buff industry is by adding more vectors for loss as that will lower the industry pool.

This leaves us with the traditional catch-22:
CCP develops lower risk industry - More and more resources flood the market due to relative ease of getting products from point A to B. Increased logistics mean the market becomes absolutely flooded and prices become more and more cutthroat and wane to the point that small groups can no longer contribute. This leads to the slow, stagnation-based demise of industry.

CCP develops high-risk industry - Less and less resources are able to make the logistic transit from A to B thus causing an increased demand and less supply. Prices become higher, more casual-orientated players forgo the path, and larger organizations slowly but surely begin to take hold of the lion’s share of product. Those larger groups eventually begin to war with one another for an even larger portion and the little guy is either absorbed or cut out entirely. This generally leads to the megacorporation outcome.

Personally, I’m one of the folk that when first playing thought it would be cool to be an engineer or scientist until I saw the actual situation of things and thusly became more of an explorer. It was honestly one of the better decisions I made in the game. More interaction, more fun, more loot. I think the point of all of CCP’s actions is to try and ‘enhance’ industry play by ‘attacking’ industry play.

If you want to buff industry …
… you either kill the industrialists …
… or destroy the end products.

It’s a tough decision to make …
… so I, personally, opted for both.

Legit the only way to buff industry is by nerfing industry.

It’s a strange game, the only winning move is not to play.
