So I lost more than 10 minutes in the Kernite and Omber site bc of jumping here
and there and contested asteroids losses… and no drones…

Yeah, it’s a loot box, but they’re being pretty sneaky about it. Obviously trying to entice players to buy larger packs of PLEX in hopes of getting something extra rare (Yoiul Festival SKINs) out of it. So, it’s an incentive of sorts. Probably not the main focus in that deal, because who would pay 520 eur for a gambling box? So, just a ploy to get you to spend on more expensive stuff. It’s a borderline thing, and they’re probably groping to see how much they can get away with before some EU country sues them.
