NPC miners are static they won’t hop systems,figure out which systems are empty of them(a lot) and mine till your comp dies of sorrow.
B)
Take a noob ship shoot NPC than warp off, belt is yours for a number of hours proceed to mine until good old depression kicks in.
C)
Kill em all than some more and again.
Actually they do change systems, they spread out from their base station. I regularly see Joint Harvesting mining teams 4 jumps from the nearest Joint Harvesting station.

He is completely true…they jump and that means that ccp’s promise that they “only will be in their home system” was also broken as the one that “they will not take much”…

I don’t beleive CCP said that. In fact I am certain CCP Larakin said on stage at either Fanfest or Vegas that they would move around.
I am prepared to be wrong though, if you can find a source.

Actual i have 16 npc miners in the belt poksu,deep core,ducia foundry and there is only a ytiri station here…so much to “they do not jump”…
And yes…they PROMISIED it as the npc mining fleets go live…i have talked to 2 or 3 gm’s and this was clearly stated…was a lie but was told you as -now obviously- propaganda…

Indeed , if this is a PvP only game then remove all exploration ship, all haulers, remove player market( all items will be available on npc stations on infinite amount) remove all industry from game , all ships will be available too at NPCs stations, remove all mining ships, oh end no need to ores too as we don’t need ore to make anything, also remove PI , with no industry there’s no need to PI. also remove all player stations, as without industry there is not possible to build one, and even if you can buy one how can you haul it to position? There’s no haulers remember? an it keeps going, that guy is talking nonsense let’s not feed him

From about 3:30 he talks about the distribution, the map that comes up about 3:48 shows first the locations of the stations they base from, then the second map shows the area they will expand to (all of high sec basically)

You will always find them in pre set systems is what i said regardless of where their station(near by) is located.
When i hunted em i used this to dont go certain systems to save me some time AI can’t jump they can’t persist from system A to system B.
Likewise saying it’s a lie doesn’t make it so.
These are some of the things I’m talking about that I found with the god awful search engine that is eve search. I remember more though.
