Reading the description, it looks like you get it for forum spamming.
Seems appropriate since maybe 2% of your posts contribute to forum discourse. The other 98% are complete drivel. Calling out or arguing with the Frostpackers over absolutely nothing. Going completely off topic and ruining threads on the regular.

Sounds like you are jealous and try to come up with an excuse to hate and rage. 
Also seems the case considering I am not the only person that has it. 
And to reach trust level 3 you need to read at least 25% of that complete drivel of frostpacker arguments! And like it too!
I hate the new forums.
Seems like it’s similar to the new UI, it is here to stay no matter what.

Well, I can honestly say your replies and overall viewpoints certainly wasn’t unexpected…
Just to set the facts straight,
First off, if I agree with a post, I’m going to like it… I definitely don’t go around liking every single post I see as some would have others believe…
Secondly, when I give a like to a post, it’s not based on if I like the character, it’s based on what that character has posted…
Third, just because you don’t like giving or receiving ‘LIKES’ doesn’t mean you speak for everybody else here in the forums…
Lastly, if you’re so indifferent to this thread topic and it doesn’t matter to you, then there’s no reason for you to constantly post here and be so hell bent against this thread topic…

It’s nothing personal against you, I just often ‘like’ being contrarian as it results in more interesting discussions than if everyone nods yes!

That sounds like paranoia than anything as nothing we wrote could be interpreted as something against you personally. Unless it is trying to act as a victim in which case it is a blatant attempt at manipulation.
Besides nobody said anything about your liking habits, we’ve just shared our own personal experiences with the subject. If this hurts you somehow that’s on you.
Btw you know this is a public discussion forum where people share their opinion, experiences, and whatnot. It is nothing personal and even if the posts do not specifically support your view or outright disagree it is part of the discussion.
Unless you are some sort of tyrant who tries to censor any opinion that disagrees with him, similar to anyone who disagrees with me is trolling and such.
Oh and by the way you didn’t even address any of the actual points we’ve brought up that could provide an explanation to the situation or could move it forward in a meaningful way. You just thrown out some accusations because you feel the posts do not support your cause.

What I do is view quite a lot of threads in various sub-forums and give out ‘LIKES’ to posts that I agree with…
For years I’ve been dealing with this ‘LIKES’ Penalty rule and quite frankly I’m tired of not being able to gain Trust Levels or ‘LIKE’ every post that I agree with while browsing these forums… Because of that issue I haven’t been interacting with these forums as much as I use to do…
Eventually I’ll just stop engaging with these forums altogether… And the game as well…
I did not accuse you of taking part in those threads, what I said was not meant against you, it was meant as a fun remark against those threads.
Also the likes limit is not a penalty, you’re not being punished for anything; you just have a limited amount of likes to give out at your current trust level.
Getting to the next trust level can take some effort though, but is possible.
Because of this thread yesterday I realised I had not been Veteran for a long time on the forums, so I looked at discourse trust level details.
It turns out that unlike previous trust levels trust level 3 (veteran) can be lost if you don’t fulfill the requirements.
The requirements include getting likes and giving likes to various people, visiting many days, opening many recent threads and reading those threads.
I figured the thing I was lacking is that I didn’t care about many of the topics on the forum. Didn’t open lore, recruitment or marketplace posts to read. But I had a free afternoon with access to little more than a phone so I clicked through a bunch.
Well, what do you know. I’m veteran again.
Even at trust level 2 I never used all my likes, how am I going to spend all these likes now?
