I dont care about this change anymore. I have 10 + accounts I’ve already stopped paying for. I will keep 3-4 on omega with plex to play a bit with my friends, but thats it. I will not longer invest so much time in this game there are so many other games i can play right now that make more fun to than EVE.
Think about it i didnt play eve because of its super grafics or its supreme play style or the point that the one with the better spreadsheet wins and that n+1 in 95% of the time works the only point to play EVE was the sandbox playing style.
That actions I do in game had an impact and that the most content is done by the players but right now CCP Hilmar and CCP Falcon show us what this Sandbox really is. It is their playtool like a little playground bully they rage around and just change things nobody wants changed “Sry i forgot the elite small gang pvpler” and then claim that would be good for the game because they can’t think any further than they can see. I think if they let several more such actions off the pile they will find out quite fast what their player base makes of it
Yeah!
T3C won’t be able to use cyno
unless he stays uncloaked and you can see him in dscan you cant probe him (except of course if you blindly probe 24/7). On the ther hand he can do a lot, like fly around anomalies, dscan and spy cloacked. He evan can uncloak in deep safes and not be detected where he can covert cyno in whole fleets of cloackies undetected by anyone. Pretty overpowered IMHO.
There is already a lot of free space in 0.0-sec. But for some reason people like you don’t go there. They find new reason every time they are asked why.
Let me guess: people you named “we” will always roam from WH or live in HS. No matter how 0.0-sec will be “changed”.

Magic wands suck, spending a week per-citadel minimum to clear thousands of structures is cancer and null just isn’t that much fun.
I can make better money elsewhere, so why dead with the hassle?
Bridges and citadel docking rely on access control lists, not standings. Standings-as-permission-token isn’t really the model anymore. After leaving my old coalition, I can still dock in a lot of places I shouldn’t be able to because some organizations are just horrible at ACL management.
Holy frak, I need to work on my post-fu.
That was supposed to say something more like, “would be a bit extreme for subcaps but would be great for a capital-class module.”
Man, I need to stop posting while sober. I do it much better with a little whisky in me.
So good job, another change in favor of big null blocks who have the man power and isk to be un effected

Yeah, that would get pretty difficult to do well. After all… get your cyno in position… blue the target … and light.
Not sure what you’re getting at here. But if the guy (enemy target) you’re trying to set blue (and invite to your fleet) already has his cyno up your too late to block it anyway.
I’m talking about limiting the ability of the Blocs to just push 100+ Supers through a single cyno.
Limit the mass on a cyno and disallow more than one (blue cyno) at a time in a system - It reduces the amount of supers that can drop on an attacking fleet at any given time to X amount of mass.
It really wouldn’t be hard to code, Worm Holes have mass limits and work in a similar way to a Cyno.

Limit the mass on a cyno and disallow more than one (blue cyno) at a time in a system - It reduces the amount of supers that can drop on an attacking fleet at any given time to X amount of mass.
So the new meta is using spies to light denial-cynos, now.
That will be amazing gameplay.

Limit the mass on a cyno and disallow more than one (blue cyno) at a time in a system
Right. So you limit to one ‘blue cyno’ at a time, then what? You blue up your target right before you light, so they can’t light one at all. Meanwhile, defenders set up a specific ‘defense alliance’ that’s on ACLs but not blue, just for cyno ships, and uses direct ‘invite your alt into fleet’ to get the cynos into the defense fleet.
Too easy to get around and/or screw with.
Edit: oh, and look at that, the big fights don’t happen anymore, because you can’t bring more than one fleet of subcaps in at a time—or bridge them home at the same time, either. So everything takes 10-20m longer.
Personally i find that a far better idea than groups with umbrellas being invulnerable
Yes, but you’re embittered. To people who still actually enjoy the game for the most part, it’s clearly an untenable idea.
If he is silly enough to accept a fleet invite then sure that works.
Defense alliances as such is something CCP would need to FIX and had they listened to players when they allowed corps and alliances to grow out of control - The game would be far better today than it is.
Honestly if Goons hate the game so much they would go to so much trouble to subvert things put in place to make the game more fun for everyone - Maybe the “just delete Bloc groups” crowd is on to something.,.
I admire Goons for their ability to manipulate and screw with game mechanics so well but isn’t it time to let go the reins a little and allow the game to prosper for everyone - Before PA decides CCP has no clue (which sadly seems to hold true) and we end up with a micro-transaction based theme park.,.
I’m not saying - Go lose everything, I’m saying give CCP a chance to save the game we love. Not with these knee jerk half assed changes but by playing the game everyone else does.
CCP need to stop with the rubbish changes and fix real issues - Structures need rebalancing, Sov needs an overhaul (has since Fozziesov was first released), Mining (not just rorquals) needs balancing. Plus all the other things i can’t think of right now.
Get Goons to push for REAL change CCP will listen

If he is silly enough to accept a fleet invite then sure that works.
That’d be purple. Blue is just standings.
And it’s not a question of ‘do we hate the game so much we’d subvert things’. You use the systems CCP gives you. Even if we don’t do it, someone else will… and then we’re hamstringing ourselves in a competitive environment.

Get Goons to push for REAL change CCP will listen
No, they won’t. They haven’t so far, after all, and we’ve been pushing for real changes and systemic fixes for years.

You use the systems CCP gives you. Even if we don’t do it, someone else will …
This has never been a good reason to do anything. If I don’t steal all your ■■■■, someone else will, so I better do it? Someone else will do X, so I must do X first. There is only ever one person responsible for anything we do, and that is ourselves, and no matter what anyone else does, we remain responsible for our actions and any outcomes thereof.
If what we do is wrong… it remains wrong, no matter what else surrounds it. Whoever else might do it too, or first, or instead of you, whatever.
Do whatever you want in Eve, it’s kind of what the game is about, but stop pretending you’re in any way justified beyond “We want to do this”. We can do whatever we want, but that just means we stand responsible for what we do to a vastly greater degree, because we very easily could have chosen not to do them. It wouldn’t even cost us anything of real worth either.

In my 30 years of experience, we call those Design Bullies.
So again CCP listened and my first proposal for Cynos has been heard and now it’s coming.
Now for the future, whenever I make proposals to better the game, please listen sooner and thanks for listening.
