CODE are the irrational of the game who try and create rationality with delusion. They say they are making better miners, what they are really doing are extorting miners with their Mining Permits and fake sense of elite pvp that otherwise justifies their mundane presence in the game as a whole.

It doesn’t take an organisation. All its takes is a few pilots in Smart Bombing battle ships alts who don’t care about sec status to end the ganking.
I’m certain that those pilots are being trained as we speak.
