No, it is absolutely a problem.
In Abyss sites you can be exit camped and ganked when you leave the site, if you don’t die in it.
There is no local in Pochven or WH-space, making an ambush very easy.
Whereas in nullsec, you have the advantage of an intel network and capital ship response fleet umbrella which alerts you whenever an enemy pilot is seen 10 or more jumps away so you can run and hide until the hunter gets bored and leaves. That safety must come at a cost.

Of course teamwork makes you safer in eve. But the free intel that nullsec local intel systems gives you is a disproportionate and unbalanced benefit when you compare the lack of intel that comparative ways of making ISK give.
So, the risk should be increased (CCP tried this with Blackout but it didn’t work), or the ISK payout should be decreased (which CCP are trying now). It couldn’t be more simple.

No. Ownership should be about tradeoffs: concentrate everything in a smaller region to maximize your safety tools at the expense of profit, or spread out and maximize your potential revenue at the expense of safety. There is absolutely still incentive to operate in nullsec.
No, my argument is that they have done more marketing talking about PvP and big fleet fights, alongside the community, than they have something like PvE, which is what your original statement was. I don’t know anybody who plays this game solely for the PvE, which, honestly, is much better in most other MMOs.
The world is big and you can still do most everything, but like any world, you can’t do everything you want to do everywhere. You’re never going to see a titan fight in highsec, for example. Isk generation in null was off the charts for years and now they’re trying to reel it back in. It was inevitable.

You should tell that to PanFam and Legacy, they’ll be shocked to find that PanFam doesn’t hold 10 regions, and Legacy another 6.
They have an internal roadmap, but they don’t release them anymore because no matter how many times they said “this is subject to change,” people felt like if it was on the road map it was a promise, and it wasn’t worth the headaches.

Of course it does. If you don’t have in-game wealth, you don’t have ISK to buy the skill injectors and PLEX with when someone else tries to sell them. So if nobody can afford to buy it for ISK, nobody’s gonna buy it for $$ to sell and get ISK.
