I would love a fitting for each FOB type but am willing to pay for either. I prefer the Blood Raider. It only has to survive the HS spawns. I think LS and Null have more DPS, not sure.

The fitting MUST be able to handle any spawn that reacts to that ship only. I don’t expect it to handle a carrier spawn. That being said, the ship must also have the ability to take down the FOB. An oversized MWD on an ONI for instance does me no good. I have to be able to land on the FOB and kill it.

If you’d rather have I💲K, I’ll give you the Jita conversion equivalent to 500 PLEX. It’s around 1.4b atm.

The first fitting that passes the test on SiSi wins the contest.

*The fitting can’t depend on more than 250m in implants. The FOB’s will pod you.

  • Pyfa says 6400 ehp/s tank against guristas with zero implants.
  • 1700dps with Void L and no drones
  • Very resistant to Jams with bastion
  • Cap stable at 50% with reps, hardeners and guns running constantly (though given the kronos reps 50% of it’s armor every cycle you can probably manually manage it to be even more efficient)

You could probably swap out the kinetic membanes for 2x EM and 2x thermal and try the blood FOB too, but you might need to manually manage your rep cycles to stay cap stable (abyssal batteries would further help prevent neuting too).

Ha! Indeed, I was trolling. I thought your specifications for this thread were a bit loose, so I wanted to help you to tighten them up a little.

You may also want to specify the win conditions. For example:

  • Min. DPS
  • Cap stable or not
  • Min. EM & Thermal Tank

Then maybe pick out the cheapest fit that fits these criteria.

Are trying to do it solo? Looks like a waste IMO.

Anyway, here’s a Golem fit for sniping the rats from a distance of 278 km (Uniwiki says FOB neuts out to 300 km). Tank is 1.65k EHP/s for EM, 1.53k EHP/s for Thermal. An MJD is included to put distance between you and the rats. 1297 DPS with CN Mjolnir missiles. Cap stable at 46.5%. 120M cheap missile implants. If you add Crystal implants, you can increase shield boost or Hydra for damage application and more missile range. Pop a standard blue pill booster (2.2M) to increase sustained tank by about 20%.

Here is a Paladin fit to sit on the FOB and make it dead. (No idea if the tank is enough, you tell me)

This fit is cap stable at 67.6%, has 45.5% neut resist and produces +74.3 GJ/s of cap to offset any neuting. You also have an emergency Heavy Cap Booster II with Navy 800s to increase cap (if needed) to +133 GJ/s. With the neut resist, you can stand up to +240 GJ/s of neut pressure.

Tank is 3767k EHP/s for EM, 4847k EHP/s for Thermal. You do 1508 DPS at 27km optimal range with Conflag, 937 DPS at 75km with Scorch.

With a Mid-Grade Asklepian set (~1B) and Standard Exile booster (2.2M), you can increase EM tank to 6050 EHP/s, and Thermal to 7785 EHP/s.

Exchanging one of the Capacitor Power Relays with a Corpum A-Type EM Energized Membrane yields 6301 EHP/s against EM with no Asklepian implants or boosters. I would consider doing this depending on the neut pressure.

Yes.

I’m ending this thread as none of the fits so far have come close to tanking the spawn and dealing with zero cap. I tweaked the fitting I posted above and it appears to be able to hold at about 65% shield remaining, with the WORST spawn.
