Continued Scarcity

Praise James 315 for inventing the Ship Scanner, so that guesswork is no longer needed when deciding on what ships to use against a target.

Yes, its your opinion. Its also factually wrong.

There is no loophole.

Are you ESL? Cause I feel like you don’t really understand what loophole means.

Bro most of the people, including myself, aren’t even gankers.

You’re just wrong, period.

Wut. You know CCP designed CONCORD right? You know you’re playing a vidya game right? CONCORD responds to an algorithm that CCP designed. Which you admit to them doing.

Are you slow or

I hope to Quafe he’s trolling. If someone is actually this stupid, uh, man its terrifying.

By design. Intentional design. So its not a loophole bruv.

No you literally did. Now you’re gas lighting and attempting to move the goal posts, most likely cause you finally realized how dumb you sound

Interesting how now you moved it from being a loophole. What changed? Realized you sounded super dumb so now you’re trying another way?

Depends on what they going after.

Peeps use coercers on blinged abyss fits cause they usually rock shield tank. Catas can be for almost anything but ruppies/thrashers/nados are when you need high volley damage.

Are you talking about group play there?
So how does that work in solo play? You don’t know what weaponry they have until you scan them and most likely you’re in the wrong ship.
So you scan them and… dock and undock in the right ship? Supposing the ship that will do ( be useful ) is even in the same system. Aren’t they gone by then? Most likely they’ve seen you scan them so they know something’s up, right?

There is passive targeting mods so they don’t know they are being scanned

That’s what alts are for.

So… multiboxing then?

Yes. Why not?

Ok. Just trying to understand how I’d do that solo.
Thanks!

according to Lore, Concord does not care about piracy…Concord’s job is to disrupt Capsuleers from unmitigated combat in High Security space…

The Empires do not want Capsuleers to be able to engage in combat when ever they wish to on what ever targets they wish to.

Thus your re-clone ability is tied to Concord Fluid routers, your med bays are owned by the Empires, and Concord is there to kick your ass if you are not paying them to look the other way(ie wardecs)

They messed up hisec war decs.

Or rather, as the people who shed fake tears over the ā€œmurdered rookiesā€ while they themselves are now able to multi-box chain-grind high-sec PvE content in complete safety would say, ā€œthey fixed griefing.ā€

Yea. No one gets ā€˜murdered’ on EVE, we capsuleers are immortals anyway so the crybabies’ argument about rookies getting slaughtered is asinine nonsense.
I do hope the Devs know better than to fall for that line. And using new players for an argument against consentual PvP is pure cowardice and low.

Must just be a matter of perspective

To me high sec space is secure except…

To you high sec space isn’t secure but …

This is not hard to understand.

CCP does not want CONCORD to ā€œtotally defendā€ Highsec.

CCP makes money when wealthy carebears die.

CCP wants gankers to kill Highsec miners.

Consequently, CONCORD is not all powerful.

Yes I totally agree with that

… except it’s not secure.
If it was ā€œsecureā€ capsuleers wouldn’t get blown up.

CONCORD does not bring security.
CONCORD brings punishment.

I thought we went over that in detail yesterday.

You just seem to be taking issue with me for the order that I’m using the words in a sentence that means exactly the same thing , any particular reason why ?

I don’t ā€œtake issueā€ but your observation is noted.

I just don’t agree with the idea of New Eden space having anything to do with security, the two are polar opposite. There is nothing secure with EVE’s space and the sooner you disassociate the two the sooner you can have a good time flying your ships.

I do that’s why I play , hope you do too

You kidding? I’m having a blast.
Yesterday I ā€œmoved my piecesā€ to a constellation right next to 0.3 sec. and I had to pick up modules in 0.4 sec. It was exciting, I anticipated to get attacked but, halas, I didn’t.
I used a website to see how many ships were attacked along my route and took a free corvette to go pick up my stuff. I was on edge and alert. It was great.
Can’t wait to get blown up. It’s going to be great, I’m gonna scream like a little girl
