I think we should be able to bribe CONCORD prior to shooting somebody. You can already raise sec status with tags and monaaaay. Why not say, “Yo, fambrosia, here’s a 20 to look the other way when I shoot this Primae.”

What’s sadly funny to me is how little it takes for people to tip over into complete terrible human being land.
Because Aiko blaps space pixels, consensually and as part of intended game mechanic, she deserves the treatment she gets simply because you don’t like the playstyle.
Think I’m wrong? Do any of Aiko’s male ganker friends get anywhere near the amount of crap that she does? Of course not. And you know why.
Hell, Drac basically hero worships Kusion. Yet goes out of his way to harrass Aiko. I wonder why?

I love EVE. I play it to the hilt in all of its intended glory. But I still have a code. What’s funny is, as I’ve often found, us low sec pirate ganker scum often tend to be way nicer and better people than most. Yet we blap ships on the regular.
So again, you don’t have to answer. But its still an answer. And now you have to sit with the fact that you’re ok with someone constantly getting harassed just because she blaps pixels in a vidya game.

Like honestly, there are protected characteristics of an individual’s IRL identity, for which modern society finds it inappropriate to discriminate against someone - and I agree that it is inappropriate to disparage someone for the following reasons:
- race/ethnicity
- sex/sexuality/gender
- mental/physical disability
- age
- religion/faith
I don’t think it’s appropriate for individuals in this forum to be discussing or debating these aspects of another individual’s personal life. It’s none of your business, it’s not your place to judge, and it’s not an appropriate topic for you to comment upon. I don’t think I do that, and if I ever do, I will certainly acknowledge in advance that I am in the wrong and apologize.
There appears to be some debate over whether it is ok to attack people in Eve Online, for the above-listed reasons, and I think CCP’s stance on the matter is pretty clear.

You don’t have to agree, or even like what Aiko does (i’ve voiced my opinion a few times on how i feel about code/safety)
but in game harassment towards her or any other female, or kids who play the game, no the line is drawn there…
