What’s sad is for some it isn’t.
And these are the “good” guys.
What’s sad is for some it isn’t.
And these are the “good” guys.
And what’s sad is how people warp the smallest comments and never let it go , and before you ask you know full well what I mean
It isn’t a warp. I do know what you mean. You choose to go that route.
Can’t be mad about the consequences of your own choices bruv.
You chose not to condemn it.
You chose to call going after structures griefing.
I have no pity for you.
Your not a doctor by any chance, I’ve hurt my back
Can we just agree that boomers in particular really suck though?
Indeed. Pretty sure Drac is one
Drac is a boomer aspirant.
Mike Az is a boomer
Sorry and I know you will take the piss but what’s a boomer
Yea but he is obviously a cool boomer.
People who were born during the “baby boom” in the 10-15 years right after WWII. They were handed everything on a silver platter (things like very cheap college education, stable careers, cheap housing and cars, marriage, etc.), and are the reason why most people in my generation will never have a chance to own property or have stable families/children.
Uh oh. I guess I have to stop asking targets to fax me a copy of their identification before I gank. Must weed out the boomers.
Huh. This mid-1950s care-home-raised mixed-race son of an unmarried white working-class farmer’s daughter - begs to reject the appellation ‘Boomer’ as defined, above
Doesn’t really apply here either, our healthcare struggles to look after the boomers as they get older as it’s free to all, think we supplemented the drop in population after the boomers with immigration to keep lvls up
I just hope my student loan debt magically goes away every day. Wish I could just own a house paid off by the time I am 45 like my parents. :smith-1:
No…you still don’t get it. A non answer isn’t an answer. A non answer is ’ who the hell are you to be asking me these stupid questions in the first place ?’
Oh gawd. Where do you get your mis-information from ?
Did you know that immediately after the war the income tax rate in the UK was 45% ? It was still as high as 33% into the late 70s.
All that ‘free’ education wasn’t ‘free’ at all. It was being paid for by horrendous tax rates. The ‘stable careers’ were mostly blue collar jobs. Things like cars, fridges, etc, were a much higher percent of people’s wages.
I think it’s important that we now have a lengthy and acrimonious debate over socioeconomic policy, utilizing poorly sourced facts and exaggerated opinions, whilst paying particular attention to controversial cultural issues which divide us, and translating those divisions into petty personal insults and lifelong hostilities.
What was this thread about again?
Couldn’t agree more. But then it is equally nobody’s business to be setting themselves up as Grand Inquisitor of what anyone else doesn’t say…by very definition of the fact that nobody should be having to say anything in the first place.
