Like have just a few systems for rookies and market hubs also for wormholes access. Two dozen systems no more. All the rest is Low-sec and Nul-sec.
Just my opinion.
I mean, risk vs reward, there is no risk in high sec, the math is pretty simple

no risk of ganking. no risk of one player with 12 alpha accounts mobbing out the content. no risk of site griefing, no risk of loot theft, no risk ofâŚ.
there is no risk/reward function in eve. thatâs the first lie. null and lowsec is 100% about risk mitigation via the mob. highsec is far more risky and competitive than crabbing under your null bloc safety umbrella

Right and risk mitigation is a problem because? it sounds like youâre unhappy that you need friends outside of null to benefit from decent rewards
If there was no risk, you wouldnât need to mitigate it 
And high sec isnât risky unless you have the IQ of a lawn dart, i can quite happily fly around in ships worth multiple billions in high sec without much of a care in the world, because i know where to avoid and what to look out for as far as warning signs go

You said there was no risk.
high sec is playing eve on training wheels. the vast majority of systems in eve are low sec, null sec and wormholes. the lawless areas arenât that dangerous. if youâre an explorer, all you might lose is a cheap heron. but you stand to make billions of isk from the event. itâs not a big deal at all.
If this is all supposed to be equivalent to (or worse than) the risks of low/null, would it not make sense to go to low/null and enjoy the superior rewards? 
You speak as if I wasnât living in null and low and even wormholes since before your character was born. (Depending on your age, possibly before you yourself was born).
85% of the playerbase is in highsec. Higher IS eve.
Now, unless 85% of the playerbase is brand new to the game, I think you might be full of fedos.
Itâs ok if you donât understand the game except your little bit of it. Quite common to see ppl writing off swaths of the game out of ignorance. itâs really not a big deal

My character is older than wormholes so I think we can say with very little difficulty that you werenât living in them since before my character was born, and from that bit of nonsense we can extrapolate that youâre likely lying in other ways.

The last fun events was before they made it to require Marauder or blingy t3c. Ever since I donât participate no matter of rewards. These new uniform sites with npcs using all kind of ewar and dealing absurd damage are boring as hell.

I donât care about loot at all. But I care about time.
I was flying around in high sec for over a hour and found only one event exploration site.
Only one.
Itâs so sad to get almost no content. I donât want instant reward, I just want to play. And no, just flying around searching for content is no content.
Iâm not in high hopes for a solution. Have to play something else which is so sad
