I tried talking to support but they literally gave me no answer and said go to the forum and tell CSM.
So the lack of compensation we were getting was turned into a log in event. Today my omega ran out and i cant log in to claim most of that becuase, omg its a log in event with two parts. So being not be able to play for 11ish days and now, what they did give for a lack of compensation I cant even get. Why should i play this game anymore?

Yes, because the DDOS was CCPs fault. They DDOSd their own servers.

If you’re in a mcdonalds as a customer, and some gunmen come in and rob the store, would you expect mcdonalds to compensate you for the time lost of having to talk to the police, and the trauma you’ve endured?
And if they offered you a free burger on your next visit, would you get angry and ask for them to send you a burger instead, and find it outrageous that you need to go back to the mcdonalds in order to redeem your free burger?
It wasn’t CCPs fault that they were DDOSed. They were attacked. They are trying to be nice and offer free compensation despite not being at fault. And now you’re complaining that it isnt enough.
