This is just an small part of the post, i used as an example. I was hoping we could discus how HS works and how we can make eve fun for us living in HS.
Why not do what makes you happy in Highsec while keeping in mind the dangers that exist there?

Was about to post the same. BTW, I’m flying with super bling ships in highsec all the time, and have to take care gankers don’t get me (as I’m quite well known). Also If I get caught, I would just buy a new one (already lost a few due to my own stupidity 
).
It already is fun. You just have to learn the rules of highsec. There are no safe spaces in Eve. Never have been and never will. That is one of the core pillars of Eve. Highsec is safer than low or null, but it’s not totally safe. The whole reason why Eve has stood alive for so long is that it does things differently. This isn’t WoW or Aion or any of the other theme-park MMO’s, where you cannot actually lose anything of value. In here, your choices have consequences and you have to live with them. Sometimes that means that you are some other players content. Learn to minimize your risks and learn from the losses.

Oh, I agree with some of your points. I don’t think they should be allowed to do what they do in high sec space. I think alphas are maligned and harassed, too; I’m glad you’re getting at least some of what I had to pay for, for free. Truly. Just because I had to pay, doesn’t mean you should, for some activities. Right now, I have to be Omega. I can only fly a Buzzard or a Tengu, and of course everything pre-requisite to them, but they’re all I use. I’m going to keep paying the subscription fee to do so, but if you’re happy with alphas, and you’re content with a battleship, I say great. Welcome to the game.
You’ll notice I’m in the minority of paying customers, though. My agreeing with what you want, in no way changes EVE. I’m trying to deal with reality.

Still i had some great time playing EVE, but as some one posted maybe farming sim is better for me.
I still fell i have an point in my post and we can truly see that every action has consequences.

Those rules are in HiSec more than 10 years and failed, the logical solution is to change rules.

Do you have proof or data that Eve Online mass exodus has come from players in Highsec as a direct result as the mechanics there? Seems like the strongest argument you have is a bunch of crybaby threads that are likely created by the same small group of people using alts. Once one is closed or trolled to death, another one pops up.
I don’t expect a shred of intelligence from your reply, but do you not think the game is in the state it’s in because of:
- Rorqual buff
- Sub optimal changes regarding Upwell structures
- CCPs lack of enforcement or ability to curb bottling and RMT
- The gradual and progressive killing off of unique play styles
- Using Eve as a cash cow while ignoring overdue balance passes
- Ignoring lowsec and it’s need for massive changes
- Ignoring the boring and repetitive pve in all areas of space
- A general safeness across all of New Eden where CCP has

Not so far. The gate-campers and chicken-hawkers, that only fight when the enemy is darned near helpless are legion. They’re like me in that they pay for the absolute best in class ships.
They differ from me, obviously, in that they will use them to your ultimate demise. When I see a little magnate floated into a relic site before me, I don’t even decloak. I’m in a tengu. I could easily stomp him. Why? What’s the point? He got there first. Good for him. I warp to the next system.
I make no promises about others doing that. Your magnate is at great risk, but you dodged this one. To make any real money, you HAVE to leave the safety of hs, unless you’re a ganker preying on the foolish.
We really need to stop tolerating you interolerant, virtue-signalling haters.
