I would have no problem adopting to delayed local, as i operated in wspace when we got kicked out of provi, but i dont want to “adopt” to bugs/imbalance.

Btw how about you adopting to something that has been around for 15 years now? 
I hunt and PVE, it’s balanced as is. It’s not hard to catch people when hunting.

Explain why it needs to be possible for you to catch good players.
If you have the ability to catch players who do everything right, then how is that balanced?

No, because prey cannot fight back against a good hunter, they just die. So you have to allow them a means to get away from a hunter.

They have all the existing means to do so, except instant Local intel.
Are you saying they are so “good” they cant do that with delayed Local?
Sounds to me, if they cant do it without instant Local intel, they arent that good afterall.
