Delayed Local:
You have to have been there for 30s, to get Local intel on anyone else that has also been there for 30s.

I suggest to stop arguing in circles with this guy. It’s pointless. The same dull and wrong arguments over and over.

All that delayed Local does, is delay Local, for EVERYONE.

Just deal with it.

Just that it’s more of a disadvantage for the guy earning isk in the system than it is for the hunter trying to kill the PvE Guy. Something you fail to acknowledge because your experience on the topic is -9001.

What you dont accept/understand/recognize, is that Instant Local Intel currently advantages the guy earning isk/minerals, at the deficit of the hunter trying to kill the PvE guy.

With a 30s delay on Local Intel in Player NS, that is naturalized, so that each have equity in chances to either hunt or PvE.

It’s your opinion that “0.0 is too safe”. And it’s on you to provide ideas to improve it.

It is, due to instant Local intel, same as in HS.

What about low-sec? Is it “too safe” too?
Other than that why is it “instant Local Intel” and not something other?

Why not do the same in low-sec? Or not 10 seconds? Or not 1 hour?
Provide some arguments for location (Player NS only) and duration (30 seconds).

HS: Instant Local intel.
LS: 10s delay on Local intel.
NPC NS: 20s delay on Local intel.
Player NS: 30 delay on Local intel.
WH: No Local intel.

I propose

ls: +50% bounties
npc ns: +150% bounties
player ns: +500% bounties
wh: sorry bro

I propose nullsec gets an additional 30 second delay for people coming into system but still have them reported because why not, or perhaps because it is Monday and why not, or perhaps it is because nullsec players keep dying to hunters and are too useless and should be in hisec. Logic, what does that matter, when one posts in a Salvos trolled thread…
