The download link was sent out a couple of hours ago. It’s the player ID that still needs to be sent out. Can’t log in without it.
As usual, no mention of supported platform(s) for the client – which, after downloading, is for Win64.
Leaves out participants that would have been there for the test – you do remember that Macintosh & Linux people do play EVE?

@Durtze i just read through that Hadean privacy stuff and I don’t see how they are saying they are collecting data from CPP in that regard. If you give them data directly then that privacy policy is standard.
Yes. I also see you’ve removed your previous posts in support of what I posted. That’s kinda lame IMHO, you backpedal and remove any evidence that you were ever here.
Irrespective of your waxing and waning opinion on the matter, it still looks like data collection to me, so I will indeed opt out.

Got password now and logging in to get a game freeze have to quit task out. Message up about “problems” lol
It got stuck for me before it started, now it says my access token is invalid. How do I get a new one?
Getting that message both with used and unused tokens, think it’s a server issue, not so much an invalid token.
Now its ‘Waiting for servers’ message. Lets wait.

Very disappointed to learn it’s Windows only. You have a large Mac player base who’d love to be there. 
Running Windows 10 for what it is worth. Client crashed on initial Login. The debug window offered the option to restart after submitting the error report. On next restart the login token was rejected as invalid. Now dead in the water…

Yeah, I was annoyed to discover the same. The game runs great on my Mac — it’s a shame we’re excluded from this event.

that was the most god awful control scheme Ive ever endured. and the having to whip the camera around has given me a headache.
This test better be worth it

Endured the thing. Controls were crap.
Rather nostalgic experience though. Wing Commander, Privateer, Freelancer, Starlancer. Those had better controls too.
