If you want me to believe that penif is at fault, the onus is upon you to present your evidence. So far, all you’ve done is refer to ‘logs’ that may or may not prove anything. I haven’t seen them. You refuse to link them (probably because you don’t know where they are). I can only conclude that you have shown no evidence to support your rumor.
The only thing I’ve been able to find are logs from Brisc’s discord. I’ll try to assume that those might be fake.
Or I could have told you where to find them, and not really give a damn about convincing you. Go on now. Keep looking.

No, that’s a source. It is, in fact, the VoD I pointed you toward. It’s not my source, but I don’t tend to give out my sources. Sets a bad precedent for when I go and write an article on something.

This is still going? People realize that ccp clear them right? Like unbanned and said fully they didnt break the NDA or the subsequent use of the info. Full stop. That’s the story. That’s literal interpretation of CCP. Theres no entitlement to the facts from the community and the three have been open about their talks with ccp and the process to clear their names. In great detail. Ccp is never going to release that and in the history of eve they rarely if ever talk about actions against specific players especially giving detail on the matter.

As I have not signed any NDA, I am allowed to tell you all the juicy information.
It all started mid afternoon on the last day of the CSM summit in Iceland. It was a unusually warm day, and spirits were high as everyone arrived at the CCP base to begin the afternoons talks. To any casual observer all appeared to be as uninteresting as this thread.
At some point between 17:00 hours and 18:15 several mice, a keyboard, 2 pens, 3 toilet rolls, a poster and CCP guard were found to be missing. It is believed Brisc was the first to notice, and brought it up to the other CCP employees and CSM members.
At 04:00 hours the following morning strange sounds were reported coming from a hotel located down town in the troll region located near Husdyragarourinn Park & Zoo, the Icelandic police arrived at the scene by 04:13 and Allegedly Brisc was involved in a situation involving a Frisbee that had been bound in toilet paper and doodled on to resemble a keepstar, and a lassoed seagull flying about the room being piloted by non other than CCP Guard who was allegedly the source of all the noise due to excessive imitational gull song.

Well, since I play EVE, that does make it my business. I’m not the owner, but I am a customer who who does business here. Indeed, everyone who plays EVE has an interest in the game’s development. That’s why the developers created this thread, and personally invited me here to discuss it.
Since you keep posting at me, it simply prompts me to reiterate that Brisc appears to have threatened a lawsuit, and CCP backed down from their original decision which may have been correct. That’s fine, I can see why CCP might make that decision and drop the charges, but it certainly doesn’t exonerate Brisc.
