How about doing something about cloacky camping besides nerf what most players work hard to get …!
For what i remember CCP were suppose to came out with “fix” about cloaky camping wich is asked for years and nothing !

Nope.

How can we look at CCP’s handling of the cloaky camping mechanic without coming to the realization that they believe its working as intended. Many ships take fuel for a module to work. A suggestion has been made a million times that cloaks should require fuel…but cloaky camping is a perfectly acceptable passive activity for CCP or a simple log off timer/fuel mechanic would have went out terabytes and years ago.

I have always thought they need to use fuel on their cloaks with about a 4 hr supply but ccp will not fix as they like it.

Quite frankly, keep your opinions of what suites me or not to yourself.

The Fighter nerf.

You can’t switch on a Target Painter fitted to a carrier whilst the NSA is on.

Can we have the Target Painter useable with the NSA on please? At least give us pilots some chance to counter the fighter nerf for ratting and ‘unexpected guests’.

they don’t wanna do that then they could not kill u with a cruiser… Its the dumb mechanics of reality they use. a minnow should be able to eat a shark

I tend to agree. I would love to see them add a fuel cost to cloaks, sold only by NPCs (in order to add another ISK sink into the game). But cloaks haven’t been on the roadmap of intended changes for a long time as far as I know.

ALOT of cloaky campers use the character for skill injector farming to boot

People have been asking for a fix to local as an intel tool as well, and we have yet to see anything done to that. But… I still agree with you :slight_smile:

Players asking for a thing doesn’t mean it’s actually a good idea. Players are people, and the vast majority of people are idiots.

its simple really. making the rorq less viable and pushing us towards more subcap miners has only one intended result. more subs. there, someone said it.

I really don’t know…most changes lately seem to be in the favour of loosing ships or structures…why is gila downgraded ? why is there a timer on ewor of structures? why when a structure is damaged you can put fuel in but you can’t get it back out? why the rorqual is being downgraded the third time now ? why capitals are downgraded,… the small guy is the most affected and you are saying that this change will give the small guy a fighting chance against the big guy…NO it doesn’t …by the time the deminishing effects advance on the remote rep the small guy is already dead…so how does that give the small guy a fighting chance? STOP KILLING THIS GAME

Okay I am a few days late but in order of appearance:

Medium Beam Lasers

  • Optimal Range increased 10%

Well this is much appreciated and my medium beam lazor ships love it very much!

Harbinger

  • Powergrid increased to 1550 (was 1425)

Called it. And don’t forget the Absolution.
Maybe now my Harbinger fleet fit I gave BjornBee will be even more viable.

Abaddon

  • Bonus to Large Energy Turret damage increased to 7.5% per level (was 5%)

Rivr beat me to it but yes, the Abaddon’s problem was never damage but capacitor and we have been saying that for a very long time and we do fly those ship or don’t because the weakness is too much.

Caracal Navy issue

  • Drone bay and bandwidth increased to 25m3

The Carcal never needed a dronebay and does not need one now. You cannot honestly believe that every time we ask for something a dronebay is what we ask for. Come on, you know better. Make her a serious heavy missiles platform.

Corax

  • PG increased to 53 (was 48)

Yeay, now we can fit a 10mn afterburner and no missiles on her to compensate for the lack of speed - not powergrid.
Did you know that a snaked and linked minmatar carrier will be overshooting the Corax without the use of the agency overclocker pill??
And every battlecruiser and battleship in the game will overshoot the Corax too - even a 4x plated Abaddon without snakes or links.

Vexor Navy Issue

  • Bonus to Drone Max Velocity removed
  • Signature radius increased to 145 (was 135)

Not too terrible change.
You should know that many people only fly, what they are being told to fly by someone else whom also may not even know why?

Gila

  • Drone HP role bonus reduced to 250% (was 500%)

No! Hard no! To make it very abundantly clear - that’s a no, the opposite of yes.
If you have to nerf the Gila, nerf the drone bay size, not the bonus.

Ferox

  • Max Velocity reduced to 145 was (150)
  • Mass increased to 14250000 (was 13250000)
  • Agility reduced to .66 (was .63)
  • Signature Radius increased to 325 (was 295)

Did you know that the Ferox is not know for her ludacris speed and being a Caldari vessel, it hardly warrants a speed nerf.
Congratulations, you made the only viable Caldari ship the size of a battleship, not that being a shield (buffer fit) shield boat wouldn’t boast the signature tremendously already.
I can only imagine seeing the Ferox suffer a lot from the nerf and the logi changes.

Change: Reduce damage multiplier for all High Angle Weapons by 50% and give a corresponding 100% increase to HAW damage from Siege Mode.

Why not remove HAW guns from titan entirely like Rivr pointed out? I see no reason at all for titans to fit those guns at all.
A little bit a fancy positioning a piloting on the titan pilot’s part will go a long way to make even capital guns hit smaller ship if they really want to,

Change: Increase explosion radius for all fighter attacks by 15%. Reduce explosion velocity for all fighter attacks by 30%.

I don’t believe that this will be enough to make fighters tame. The application to cruisers a frigates will still be devastating and the scary part of fighters is not the regular attack mode but the “rocket volley”- attack or the fighter alpha if you will.

If it were up to me I would remove harvester drones from the game and only let the rorqual use ice harvesting and regular mining drones or give harvester drones to Orcas if and only if they are in nullsec or w-space and do what they are supposed to - be a command ship that throws mining enhancements to fleet buddies in exhumers or barges around and collect their jetcans.
