You don’t do those sites unless you have ships for them, because they can’t be done with cookie-butter fits. You NEED tank and application.

PD is ■■■■, it allows people to generate ISK without getting out of a station. It should be linked to acquisition of data items in data sites. But comparison with P is bad anyhow : PD is NOT content of Eve.

You need specific fits for this content only if you intend to do it only by yourself, if I understand correctly. This is contrary to all Invasion spirit and is probably not how these sites were intended to be utilized. Maximal payout for up to three participants suggests a team size of three is considered normal.

You claim they are still content without having ever tried one.
Please stop talking out of your ass. Try those sites, and then your opinion will have a beginning of value.
Ask newbros to try those sites, even in fleet. I did. They die most of the time. This is not content for newbros, this is not content that you do without a very constraining preparation. This is not content that you do if you can’t farm it.

I also did not try a multitude of other EVE content, most notably life outside highsec. It does not mean I am not aware of it; I will get there eventually. Can’t ask much from a month-old player.

If we would value only opinion of those who farm EC’s tirelessly, it would be bad for game. I think most of farmers would agree to bump payout per site to 50M, make them respawn instantly and multiply their amount in any given system.
If we would value only opinion of those who tried EC’s, then by your reasoning it would be just the same, because if you tried Emerging Conduit, you intend to farm it.

All opinions should be appreciated. And others say that Emerging Conduits paid ridiculously high for highsec activity.

Tank fitted Orca can solo it with ease. Gila can do it with bling passive recharge fit (which costs about 400mil only) (okay not tested but assuming that classic passive Gila can do it with 3x warping out, this fit should do the job).

There are two players (or one multiboxer) doing it in Gnosis-es in Hutian. I’ve also seen it being done by Proteus and Tengu.

There are players dual or tri-boxing it using remote repair remote cap dominixes super cheap and effective.

In fact, cooperating with other players (which is generally avoided in pve) or multiboxing it makes it super easy.

I tried it myself in dual armor repair Praxis (and lower class ships Gila, Gnosis). Essentially the site is boring so I am not doing it however I am very often shooting MTUs of ppls doing it or stealing their loot or payout.

hu, no ? To farm a content, having to wait 10 min is just a no-go. Maybe YOU don’t mind it, but that’s typically what people hate in Eve : having to wait for so long in order to have content.

1min was nice for chaining, gave the time for the MTU to scoop the last wrecks.

Anoms are fine because there are several anoms per system, so you can have several people playing in the system and still be farming 100% of the time.

It puts emerging conduits more in the DED sites category, minus to scanning obviously. You may get one in every system you jump to if you are lucky. Or not, and end up waiting or spending a lot of time jumping from system to system. Big downside is most do them in battleships. Makes for annoying travels.

The problem for me is how CCP creates then handles content. Botting is an issue, and it seems CCP dont want the FTP crowd having it to easy. Even worse when its FTP accounts botting. All understandable, but then why create content in this way?

This process seems to bother/hurt the active omega crowd the most in my opinion. Enjoying the new content we pay for just to have it change because of botters and FTP accounts. WTF???
