Ya, no…A big F-no actually.

Anything else said will be too much so I’ll stop there.

Yep you are right, opinions can be diverse and i respect that.
The subject here is about the raise in subs not war.
I rather stick to that.
i dont want to go donw that rabbit hole.

so its day 4 of this madness by ccp and i’m yet to see a Dev or Management type get fired for this absolute steaming pile of dogshit, when does that happen? When do we see some accountability from the idiots that have for 2+ years cratered this game to near unplayable? When do we see the massive lay offs require to justify a price gauge, you’re obviously being overpaid and aren’t any smarter than a mcdonalds employee, so when CCP? when are you going to announce that the Dev team and management that have resoundley ■■■■■■ this game up beyond repair are being let go? thats the next announcement i want to see.

the problem is i dont see that happening…

CCP wants 20 bucks per month then:

  • Deliver relevant and cool content more often.
  • Upgrade legacy code in the game.
  • stop the ■■■■■■■■
  • get rid of devs that dont do theyre job!

that would be a start…couse really i could right a bible here of ■■■■ they would need to do to deserve getting 20 bucks per sub!

CCP are cowards, They posted this on a friday afternoon just before every one left the office, So they could go home and fcking hide like the worms they are rather than answer for the BS. And the SLIGHT responses they did give, were unintelligent ramblings and comments like these (Which I still have yet to see Either of these CCP representatives get in here and answer for these comments to very legitimate questions)

Starbucks have had to unionize because of the fatcats at the top not giving the employees a living wage. Are you claiming now the price increase is to cover a living wage for you? Somehow I doubt it.

where the hell is our content…2 years jackshit…or just a bunch of crapp to dust you in the eyeballs.
give us content, not ■■■■■■■■!..what you get? raise by 33% and jackshit…just wind and empty promises

What you get instead:

  • Bad updates
  • Price increase
  • “Jokes” about current problems from developers on discord
  • CCP removing forum posts because they can’t handle criticism.

Sounds like a good deal to me, would be happy to pay 30€ per month.

Actually to make it even worse. Not only have we had no new content in 2 years they’ve removed content in the last 2 years. They are literally walking backwards and demand more money for our wasted time. Then tell us to wait till fanfest. With a track record like theirs they can announce whatever they want. The only likely thing to happen is get 15% of what they announce at fanfest then in the next year they will gut 20% of the game. They have yet to follow through with any of their road maps.

Never finished faction supers, never finished walk in stations, never finished sisters or mordus line, never finished the bounty hunter storyline, and now their latest failure the trig line. Where am i supposed to believe they will finish what they announce this year?

Here is - one more gem for your collection :)…

So basically what he’s saying is he wants his playerbase to smile and beg.
He can get ■■■■■■. Maybe if he and his team didnt make steaming piles of dogshit called content people wouldnt be hurting his feelings. But then again lets all hope this finally outs ccp out of some jobs because they’ve done such a wonderful job thus far. And i mean that most sarcastically

I would ceiling it at destroyer but I agree with your point. No such thing as a free lunch and even with the price increase in May, a monthly subscription spread out over a yearly plan still makes EVE Online, while not the lowest, competitively priced.

You forgot that the bounty system for players is “temporarily” switched off. Has it been two years or already three?

CCP you took a wrong turn i dont see you on Fanfest because … make the same mistahe like netflix

Don’t forget they didn’t iterate on the Drifters, either. They also removed the original Jove ships (Eidolon, Spectre, etc) from the game. A shame, because those were the coolest, imo. At least they kept the Gnosis, Suneisis, and Apotheosis, though.

RIP

Eve isn’t like most games though, is it? So much of the playerbase has/had committed years to the game(and company by extension), and some of us ludicrous numbers of hours, because Eve wasn’t like other games. That’s what CCP had going for them.

But they’ve taken it for granted for too long, and now people are angry and fed up enough to finally let it all out.

It is just a game, sure, but it’s not like going and playing a match of League of Legends that takes 45 minutes of your time and then it’s done.

It’s just a game…you don’t commit to a game, you play it.

“finally let it all out”
Really? A meltdown happens pretty much on a regular basis around here…protests, open letters, burning Jita, etc etc etc…

It’s a pretty neurotic player base really…

Also, LoL isn’t a great example of a “normal” game as you can earn money in that one if you are good enough and that is then called a job.

just to be clear. when we ask for content we dont mean find ways to keep miners on the field longer to provide easy targets. or givng them drone buffs as if they are going to stay and fight.
Give reasons for real pvp to occur between fighting ships. increase drop rates. get rid of get out of jail free mechanics like filaments and outside ESS deadpsace
Making everything cost more by screwing up industry makes people risk averse. since pvp doesnt have a direct income stream, its hard to accept expensive ship losses.
what you have done in the last 2 years is stifle growth, increase grinds and offer nothing more than the proving grounds (meh content at best) . Its time to make content if you want more money

Why pay a year or two in advance. It may be cheaper, but then they have your money and even less incentive to fix the dam game, or update it. Not that they will anyway, but at least I have not given CCP a ■■■■ load of money in advance for the privilege. Instead I have moved all my mains to one account and can monitor where possible what is coming and act accordingly. Plus I do not have to spend half my playing time wading through the daily and weekly stupidly moronic player incentives they now come up with every week, on each account.
