So blow off your steam and rage quit if that is your desire. Just do it, alright. Nothing you bleet about here will change anything. Long term, it is the player numbers that will determine cost of subscriptions.

Here at the Scarlet Palace we welcome higher prices. When you are the KING of Eve Online and guardian of the 44,000 exotic dancers (female) money is of no concern. I say let’s weed out some of the “surplus population”, and leave behind the slower, less athletic, less agile bots behind.
I support CCP and I vote for a $30 usd omega price hike. Increase PLEX prices by another 25%. I also vote for a CCP tax on every in game isk transaction of 8% per transaction going back to CCP.
CCP and devs, don’t be alarmed by all the saber rattling. Listen to your heart….
If I have three accounts, it will cost me $60 per month. When I was a senior last year, my monthly living expenses were 2,000 RMB, which was about $300. Why didn’t you raise the price last year so I could end the torture earlier
When are you coming back to Eve? It was only a few days ago that you rage quit after Squishy and Aiko griefed you.

lets see if all of those who said they stop sub really do it and keep it that way or if its just again nothing than loud crying.
i mean alpha still keeps the playercount up even if no one is paying.
and alpha is enough to fly a ganking catalyst … just sayin
So if less ppl mean more to pay for each individual, that could mean IF all who said they reduce their omegas, the remaining ppl will soon pay 30… or 40 per omega.
but well 2-3 times starbucks less, thats still nothing and absolutely worth this pineapple of art, content and innovation which is called Eve Online.
Just like mining changes or any changes in EVE… 2-3 months from now everyone will be less hysterical less out raged. People play EVE ccp is a business. Don’t like the price don’t sub? Plexing is always a great option. Or simply don’t play it’s pretty cut and dry people.
Give things 2-3 months and after fan fest things will calm down.
Your company should provide services that are commensurate with the price you have set.
However, you have preceded your announcement of a price increase with the announcement of future services.
This is a foolish choice.

So glad, you guys did this. I will just unsub one of my accounts to compensate for your price increase. I simply cannot justify four accounts, when loot drops suck, bounties suck and I am just an average player just like the rest of the base. Maybe CCP should stop talkling to the Alliance bosses and talk to the average base players. Miners are carebears, they will do it all day long, but, for the rest of us, we do a great many things in the game and when you are constantly nerfing our rewards it hurts. Find other ways to strangle the farmers and botters and miners without killing the entire base, or I guess we call it winning EVE because what you will do is let your base fall away. Rich PVPers and Miners will replace us with alts until they themselves get bored and sunsub the 40 accounts they replaced the rest of the base with. Bring back commander spawns increase the drop rates and make the sites stronger so people can’t one click them and have to actually manually pilot removing farming and bot play. Don’t punish the base players for the sins of the few. Lots of salt here, grab that fork and knife.

There really is some truth in that.
Perhaps there should be a randomly chosen player on the CSM to represent the rest of us (or them, depending on who you are).

I did that back in 2011, maybe. I later regretted it. For me Eve is crack.

If you do unsub crush your in game assets so you never return. Looks like CCP does not care about their passionate players. Those players who have been with CCP for years and continued to support and pay for the game at $60 a month with alts. I am not sure they realize how much of their base are not just paying the $15 a month and paying more like 50-60 plus the small packs they offer. Getting those players to pay more is so beyond ignorant. If they make those players pay more than $60 per month they risk losing subs and or players which is far more than $15-$20 loss per month. CCP better start researching the content for the average player, the ones in high, low and null. Loot drops are rewards that kept many people going in this game and without them, they certainly won’t maintain the PVErs who are also PVPrs who grind isk out of the game. Instead make the sites harder and more manual. But not unplayable like top teir ■■■■ factor abyssals. Don’t punish the many for the sins of the few. Don’t think you will squeeze more $ out of the Veteran players (who sub 2 or more accoutns) who frequently encourage new players to sub many accounts instead of one.

If you all want to really show CCP your thoughts, log into all your accounts and cancel your auto subscribe. They can look at the results by that.

If you subbed only one account I guess that would be fine. However, the average players subs 2-4 accounts per month. So they are effectively making a 25% price increase in the form of an extra $20 per player. I simply can’t justify that since the content and rewards have constantly dwindled to address the few people who farm and bot and punished the many. They should address farming and botting in different ways and bring back the rewards for the many base players.
