Nice, got an instant like from your main. Good job keeping up, that really validates what your alt says.
Cute you try to throw that trash at me, but violence is violence, and that goes regardless of gender. You think men don’t get threats? Maybe not as many rape threats, but they do exist, and men threatening violence against men is a lot more acceptable, and likely to go unreported, than it is against women. Know how many times I’ve heard men say horrible things to other men? Know how many time I’ve heard women say the same to other women? Lots. Never see people complain AS MUCH about women abusing men, even thought it’s pretty prevalent too.
“Manchild” oh, I love it when people show you who they really are. 9 times out of 10, I’ve only heard that type of person use that language. Please, do tell me more.
Come on Aiko, back it up. You just implied that men who get abused by other men but don’t report it are manchildren. Or was it men who get abused by women are the manchildren? Wow, you really should be more clear about who you’re insulting.
I implied that men who respond to a discussion of sexual harassment against women, by ranting about how unfair it is that women get special attention, and how terrible it is that evil feminists and liberals and social justice warriors are all out to get the men and force them to embrace “diversity” and “equality” and “inclusitivity” - what I implied is that those men are part of the problem.
I see the thread continues to be a lesson on why you don’t see more not-males around.
Also I see how some people still insist harassment and rape threats are “normal manly behaviour” that just “should be tolerated”. Thank all good gods (and Bob) that most normal manly men tend to disagree.
Anyway - it works, again. I’m outta here, I’m not paid to do CCP’s job for them.
I already said that all threats and harassment are equally bad:
What you don’t seem to want to acknowledge is that the very same differences between men and women whose existence you advocate for, result in vastly different perceptions of threats and harassment. Women are biologically and statistically more likely to fear such threats for good reason: they are aware that they’re unlikely to come out dominant in an actual, real-life physical confrontation against a male aggressor. As such, these threats elicit a much more conservative response compared to a man, who might get intimidated, or might view such threats as a good opportunity to chew off the aggressor’s face like he’s on bath salts.
Do you understand now? This is why women are more likely to quit the game when getting exposed to this kind of behavior. Because when they receive such threats and harassment, their frame of reference is “holy ■■■■ I might be about to die,” instead of “well this sucks, I’m about to get into a bar fight.” That’s what the whole “inclusivity” thing is trying to address. Telling women that they should “get a thicker skin” in response to this shows how out of touch you are, and how you can’t relate to human beings fundamentally different from you.
Well then we’re not talking about the same thing, are we? Because I didn’t complain about that, did I? Point it out for me. Quote me.
My issue, is women taking normal male behavior like being competitive and coarse with eachother and thinking that that shouldn’t happen to them and is specifically targeted at them when it DOES happen to them. Specifically when they’re in a male-dominated place.
And DIE is a movement I’ve thankfully divroced myself of long ago, back before it became what it is now. Also, nice how you slid “Equality” in there when we were talking about “Equity” before. They’re not the same.
I understand all of that, trust me, more than you know. But for a long time now, we’ve coddled women. We’re supposed to believe that we’re always safe, and potentially being unsafe is an outlier that rarely happens. And when it DOES happen, how is a woman supposed to deal with it besides fear, when they’ve been sheltered their entire lives from it?
And thus, when confronted online, where presumably the safest, there’s still that fear response. Because there is inadequate education on how to deal with confrontation.
I want women as a whole to be stronger than that. Why can’t we have that? Why is fear the only response you seem to expect? Women are better than that.
How to lose your customer base = Force policies that are designed for small percentages and not the majority.
None of this is CCP’s business. Just make a good video game and the lore behind it. Stay out of any discussions that real people in real life are having and dont forget your place. This is video game and you get paid by mostly men from a mostly men industry. This is the same issue the boating world has. There is nothing stopping women from buying boats and no banks turning down loans or sellers turning away cash because you might be a girl. This is all victim mentality fascist nonsense. We try to get girls on our boats and into the lifestyle every fookin day and its not easy. Most of us try to get our wives and Gfs to play games too. But im warning you CCP… stay out of it.

Literally all we ask for is to be treated fairly. The bare minimum. And y’all act like your very freedoms would be threatened.
This is all victim mentality fascist nonsense.
I wasn’t aware that wanting to be treated fairly is…fascism?
And in case y’all want to argue how we’re being treated fairly already…this entire thread begs to differ. We’re dismissed at every turn. The point is proven.
