Please find one example where I have ever âthrown shiteâ as you so eloquently put it. And yes, I have no idea how you would âforceâ someone to turn over a âpublicâ station, as those are NPC stations. Perhaps by âpublicâ you actually meant âprivateâ, which would be the citadels which are actually under discussion. I still donât know how you force someone to just hand control of that over, but at least that makes vaguely more sense.

Some corps care about KB losses and donât want a large structure to be there. Or just do not want to deal with a war.
They transfer to my holding corp, I yank the fuel let it go abandon and then loot it when it pops. Do not even need a war for it.

if you really want to be safe, park your items in a NPC station. If you have a Titan or Supercarrier you stay in your ship or do a safe logoff in space under a pos.
i personally only have items in Citadels i really use. All other of my assets are in NPC station. Also always have your own exit strategy, in case something happens and you have to move out of your space. donât relay only on other persons.

Which I feel even then is different from what happened in R-A. That was a structure they they didnât want to destroy, the owners entire point of transferring it was that it wouldnât be evacuated first and then destroyed. When someone transfers you a station, I assume they fly their expensive stuff out of it first. They know they are losing the station. AOM believed they were keeping the station. Which makes that a unique situation, and very much not what Drac is talking about.
Also, the idea of a corp that both canât afford to defend its structures AND cares enough about its killboard to give it to whoever is attacking them rather then lose it is a little amusing. That is a rough Venn diagram to be in the middle of in Eve.
Sell it. The only thing safe in eve is your isk wallet.

A little information should help you, Bully Brigade is one alliance that does this along with a corp hgmujy5. They are very effective with it too, made a lot of ISK.
But it is not just what Kane said, they also tell the people that they will keep it running. As these are structures that were opened for the benefit of others by the original owner, they cave because they cannot defend it and they hope that they will stick to their word, but of course they do not.
In one way it is a good thing because I am hoping that people will start ganging up more in bigger corps and alliances. There are several that are developing quite nicely actually and this is very good for the game.
