Eve was never intended to have a main. It was intended to have multiple characters each with their own specialty. Mr Epeen’s specialty is forum posting. Out of the twenty plus active characters I’m currently using, no two do the same thing. And none are a “main”.
So when someone suggests you post with your main, just pat them on the head and tell them how special they are.

On reputation… In Game … Ya… in socal groups… out here in the forums : Plainly an extension of in-game ego. I wasn’t a dick to him at all… but got a full blast of his hate for CCP… yet he still comes to the forums…
And his last kill was over 2 months ago… maybe he got banned. Ya.. now that I look at it… he got banned. If he had quit on his own he would not still be here in the forums blasting hate and fellow players. Probably waiting for what is probably a 3 month ban for crying about S**T

I see the pattern: both you and CCP notice the same problematic parts of the game.
You train into a certain playstyle to make use of that aspect while it is too strong, CCP then nerfs it because it is too strong. And then you complain about how CCP always nerfs what you just trained.
Maybe stop training for what is called in other games ‘the flavour of the month’, i.e. the strategy that is currently best and in need of change/nerfs.
While in EVE this flavour can last years, it’s not surprising to see that eventually even CCP will notice and nerf it.
So either don’t chase the best strategies, or if you do want to chase the current best strategies: be prepared to adapt.

Most people don’t have as broad of a vision as you. It’s an effective sales tactic on the part of CCP. Like the whole Gila Abyssal Space thing. In the beginning people were making madd Bank off it and videos were everywhere on youtube. By the time the main playerbase got in on it… it was hardly worth doing. Typical Bait and switch… DIRTY
I’ve never been too upset about game changes. Except the extreme ones like the CYNOs that were purely for the benefit of Null Sec. Or the change in avatars… I had spent 24 hours on an avatar (because of downtime)… She came out hot as hell… She was so Hot People used to hit on her … it was funny.
But she’s dead now… and I could not remake her…
That was not even on CCP, it was just that the market needed time to adapt. When enough players do a profitable activity to sell the items they earn, the supply of those items rises and the activity becomes less profitable. Anyone could see that coming.
