Considering the existence of skill injectors already counter any argument people seem to make? (1 hour old toons can already fly anything)
Then there are the skills/abilities/game mechanics they remove. (aka Theft via the skill system)

CCP then wasted my money by introducing jump Fatigue. (A time and content killer - why?)

Oh now they gonna make that ongrid n+1 so only large fleets can use them.

So lets retain that into ECM because its multiboxable.

They are using deceitful business practices and the skill point system is how they generally pull it off.
The changes to eve have nothing to do with balance or the economy. They are about you spending another 1-2 years training the toons again to be useful.
They will change it all again once everyone has the training done. Stop feeding CCP your $$.

The sad truth is that Eve is no longer a sandbox. CCP have been manipulating a lot - Its a dirty kitty litter tray at best.

And yes I see the pattern which has always been clear. But that’s the point of this thread… is it the same as it has always been… or did Pearl Abyss attempt to clean house. I think they are… but the acquisition of a game as complicated as EVE is no easy task.
At time’s like this I actually Miss Hilmar. I think the developers that remained inherited too much power. It’s not realistic to expect change over in a single year… But it’s been about 3-4.
I rarely need help from GMs… and over 14 years most have been great. But since about 2018 it’s about a 12 shot russian roulette. Most GMs are very and some have been incredible going out of their way to fix a situation. But then you will get that 1 GM that just want’s to Stab and Destroy for daring to ask for their help.
I’m hoping those people are gone… But I obviously have my doubts.

In the old days, the Crime and Punishment sub-forum had an unwritten rule that commenters should post on their main. This was because people would be all confident and spikey in criticising gankers, etc., but afraid of in-game repercussions if their main was outed. We urged them to have the courage of their convictions. It didn’t work; they still hid in the shadows.
